TD - In another thread on Blood, you mentioned a particular operation that required many units of blood to complete. I was trying to locate that thread, but so far have not had success.

Thanks guys. That is indeed close Ding. DofC, I checked it out and you were right. Thanks!
"Jehovah's witnesses do not argue that blood transfusions have not kept alive patients who otherwise might have died. We do not take it upon ourselves to conduct an objective debate of the advisability of the use of blood in medical therapy. The point is not for us to determine. God himself has ruled on the matter, and it would be presumptuous for us, in the name of medicine or humanitarianism or anything else, to open the issue to debate, to pit human wisdom and experience against the law of God....Although Jehovah's witnesses will not eat blood as a food, nor in medical use consent to any kind of blood transfusion or, in place of it, an infusion of any blood fraction or blood substance, this does not rule out all medical treatment."

Are JW's Sins Forgiven? NO - (Says the Watchtower)
by Sea Breeze inanyone who has been of this forum in the past few days has seen doubting thomas (an active jw) refuse over and over to provide even one scripture that can show how a jw can get their sins forgiven while outside of the new covenant as described in mt.
26: 27-28. yet, he claims to believe in the blood covering of jesus while at the same time personally rejecting the new covenant "for forgiveness of sins".
his contradictory claims are common among jw's.

Every Christian is saved: justified, sanctified and will be glorified. There is no such thing in scripture, as a Christian who has not been born again, is not an adopted son of God or bereft of the indwelling Holy Spirit. And these benefits are all gifts of His grace by faith in Christ Jesus.
Can you show me a single scripture to the contrary?

"While the small group selected to be taken to heaven have had their sins forgiven from Pentecost of 33 C.E. onward and thus already enjoy the Jubilee, the Scriptures show that the liberation for believing mankind will occur during Christ's Millennial Reign. That will be when he applies to mankind the benefits of his ransom sacrifice." The January 1, 1987 Watchtower, page 30
The Watchtower organization denies 8 million Jehovah's Witnesses the salvific benefits of a personal relationship with Jesus, i.e., eternal life as a gift, adoption as sons, access to the blood and body of Christ; forgiveness of sins, Christ's imputed righteousness and the indwelling Holy Spirit of God.
All of this of course, is heresy of the first order.
