You guys would make great Watchtower apologists.

But we know that God created the universe and man by Himself without the help of another god. Yet as He creates man, he says, "Let us make man in our image after our likeness...."

By the way, I was a Unitarian for the first half of my Christian life. But I always worshiped Jesus as did Russell whose influence I was indirectly under.

The point is that Jehovah says there was no other god beside him or with him, nor was any formed before or after him, nor did any help him create the world

Isa 44:6 Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.

Isa 44:8 Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.

Isa_44:24 Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth BY MYSELF.

How do Jehovah's Witnesses reconcile these verses with John's gospel?

thesis: when someone who is given a responsibility mistakes that responsibility for authority, bullying is very likely to occur.. jesus spoke an illustration recorded at matthew 24: 45-51 which well illustrates this thesis.. jesus asked, “who really is the faithful and discreet slave whom his master appointed over all his domestics, to give them their food at the proper time?

happy is that slave if his master on arriving finds him doing so.

truly i say to you, he will appoint him over all his belongings.

As the Bible says , the faithful slave is found at headquarters in New York and if you don't believe in them, regardless of your faith in Christ, you will be eternally destroyed at Armageddon.
