i don't have all the details of their new "service year" numbers, but i have read enough on jwn to state my opinion pretty strongly.. memorial attendance for 2015 was down.while they kept saying they were going to build a bunch of new kingdom halls, and everybody is still in recovery from watchtower taking all the local money away, they say pretty much that there isn't enough money to build new kingdom halls.putting gb members on the videos at jw .
org has allowed people to really put a face and personality to these guys and remove the mystery of how they should be such deeply spiritual serious men.
instead they see silly thoughts about tight pants and, really everything that comes out of lett's mouth is delivered ultra-goofy, along with the money reports.. the gb lost credibility a little more with every new light that shone down, with the strangest one being "overlapping generation.
@OTWO, I agree with you the JW will peek at 8 million and won't come close to the 9. In the congregation I still attend there has been many who have started to be inactive.
I have relative who just came from Central America. He told me that in the two congregations he served many went inactive last year, main reason rude elders second reason, tired of preaching the same thing. I think that JW org actually has hurt them more then help.

@tim I remember that visit of the one they call tight pants tony. If I remember and I'm still looking for that thread. Is that someone mention here he was coming to San Diego. Tigh pants tony mentioned it during his talk that there was many apostates in San Diego. He dint say hi to the friends because he was afraid of an apostate attack. For lunch he just went to the Apartment they have at Escondido.
I do remember when Lett came to the dedication. He only said to not put pictures on social media.
well, my sister-in-law and her husband, special pioneers for only a couple of years, just got their letter.. her comment was along the lines of, "they're having to do this because they forgave all those kingdom hall loans a few years ago and the brothers aren't donating anymore.".
when my wife told me, i laughed so hard i farted.

don't forget to post your reported assembly and convention attendance and baptisms and whether they are higher or lower than customary (if you know).. here's some detail passed to me of the last circuit assembly held at surrey (uk) assembly hall.. attendance 922 baptisms 3 (half circuit).
