Welcome aboard CbeMe. I was an active JW in my high school years and until a few years after graduation. During that time period I went into severe depressions and finally went apostate in early 80's. It took years to get my head straight. I found this group by accident and I realized that I was not alone. So again welcome!

she became more involved with the organization over the next few years.
i was very young so i don't remember much about my early years in the jw's.

Hi Musky,
I am recovering good and should be walking on my own soon. If I did not have my steel toe boots on my toes my have been badly damaged. I was told by the E.R. Doctor that if I had been driving faster than the posted limit of 30 mph, it would have been likely that my foot may have been ripped off, which I am told happens very often when a car hits a motorcyclist. I think I will take up boating instead!!

Well you should see what it is like on 2 wheels!! This past summer I decided to take a short ride around town on my motorcycle. I was on Main Street and less than 2 minutes from my house, not a soul on the street but me. Ahead I saw a mini van driven by a senior citizen start to pull out of a gas station, looked at me and stopped. He kepted looking in both directions of the street while periodicly looking at me as I approached. As I was almost up to him, he hit the gas and took me off my bike. My right foot and leg got tangled in his grill before I bounced off his hood and hit the road. As a result my ankle was snapped in half and my foot broken in 5 places. He got a ticket for not yeilding!!
Resently I was driving my truck home via a side road when I came upon a van which was identical to the one that hit me. The nose of the vehicle was in the street and the driver was looking the opposite direction from me. As I came closer, I realized that the driver was an elderly man. I hit the brakes and slowed down. I got to about 30 feet away and closing in when he hit the gas and pulled in front of me. He did not turn his head in my direction until he turned left and sped away from me. I tried to get his plate to see if that was the same person but he was driving away to fast!!

Appendixes suck
by Jesus Christ into all of you out there that think dad made us perfectly i'm here to say you're wrong.
humans (and those of us who used to be human) have the most idiotic body part ever imagined called an appendix.
you can be going along just like everything is normal and next thing you know you're being wheeled off to the operating room to have your appendix taken out.

Hang in there Jesus and I hope they got you on "Perks". Don't feel bad. On the 4th of July morning I took my motorcycle out for a short cruise around my town before the start of many projects which I had planned to do for several months. Within 2 minutes of leaving my home and on a quiet empty street, I was broadsided by a senior citizen pulling out of a gas station. Before rolling off his hood, he managed to break my foot in 5 places, snap my ankle in half and dislocated my small toe. (Thank God for steel-toed boots or it would have been worst) Seconds after hitting the payment I looked up and found myself in the other lane with on comming traffic heading towards me. This asshole who hit me sat in his vehicle and did nothing while I crawled acrossed the road to safety. To this day I never saw his face!
I spent the 4th of July weekend in the hospital and now Laborday weekend has passed. I sit here with my foot resting on a chair, 2 screws in my ankle and my small toe held in place by a steel rod protruding from from the tip of my toe and anckered to my foot bone. It is still uncertain if I will have permanent damage to my foot. I continuously relive in my mind the sound of this person's motor excellerating towards me and then the sound of his brakes squeelling while rolling off his hood and hitting the road.
But on the flip side you and I are both lucky! Your appendix may have burst, in which case you will have all kinds of trouble like a friend of mine who was out of work for a year. At least now yours is gone and done with. As for me I could be in wheel chair for the rest of my life or even dead. Oh hell, I could even be bothered by Elders sticking their niose in my business and wondering if I had a blood transfusion....Hey...Hey.

There is a great book called, "Poisoned Blood: A True Story Of Murder, Passion, And An Astonishing Hoax", by Philip Ginsburg. This is an interesting story. My uncle actually worked with this woman years ago at a place which is referenced in the book.
This woman secretly poisoned her husband in Ohio to collect the insurance money. After he died she started on her daughter, but it did not work. She then ran off to N.H. and married a man there. She then got a job where my uncle worked. (Its been years and I forgot the exact details.) She, I think tries to poison her new husband? What ever, but she runs off. She quickly looses weight, changes her hair style and coloring. She then phones her husband and says she is her sister. She then moves back in with hubby as a make believe sister and got a job at her old company. People, including hubby were fooled for weeks. Soon several co-workers and the boss become suspicious and the rest is history.

I have been following this story for many months now. There are other sites also. If you look at a map of Japan, the very last island of Japan was found a 70' high pyramid discovered underwater several years ago by scuba divers. The rocks have been carbon dated back about 10,000 years old. Another site was recently discovered off the coast of India. Last year, I believe, the man who found the Titanic, had accidently discovered the remains of a 5,000 year old hut, approximatly 700' below the Black sea.
I am sure that many more underwater sites will start being discovered with ever increasing technology. My interests lay in the fact that the white man has been on the American continent since before the time of Christ and not many people are talking about it.

by D wiltshire injehovah witness pastors has a sheep in their care arrested.. hi my name is david wiltshire and i have suffered horribly from the hand of my pastors.
because i know longer believe the jehovahs witnesses are the only true religion i was disfellowshipped from all jehovahs witnesses i cant even come over their houses any more, they refuse to return my greetings.. the worst torture that they have put on me is that my little grand daughter, who i used to give horsy back rides to cant even be allowed so visit with me for fear both she and her parents could be disfellowshipped.
the watchpower teaches that you cant fellowship with disfellowshipped persons, so they are good jehovah witnesses and obey the watchpower.. some say the jehovah witness religion is a mind control cult.
