  hello - let me try to explain.

  a couple of months ago or so i joined this forum, then shortly after checked out jwrecovery which seemed a better fit personally and joined them.

  started to feel comfortable there and they closed, and i pouted for a while.

  Study article: "Go, and Make Disciples.." is a hot mess

  so i hooked into meeting via phone this week to listen in and was shocked at the absurdities mentioned in the study article (2016 may watchtower: "go,..and make disciples of people of all the nations").

  the answer is obvious—only jehovah’s witnesses.

  the answer the missionary priest gave in no way proves that jws are the only ones "preaching the good news".

  i was a 4th gen born in.my adult children were the 5th.

  my mother was one of the newly'anointed' we have all left.

  i have been lurking since october.i was really too terrified someone would find out who i was and what would happen.well we are out now so here is a part of my story.

  Protecting the image of the organization goes before everything else, even the care of the young ones and they have misapplied scripture for their own means.

  a couple weeks back my husband got a phone call from his brother, whom he hasn’t spoken to in nearly 17 years.

  well i take that back, he did speak to him at the family reunion, asking him to leave.

  my husband basically told him to f off, he would leave when he’s darn good and ready, but he didn’t use the word darn.

  moscow, july 1, interfax - the russian orthodox church has welcomed a ruling by the russian supreme court which yesterday upheld the legality of a shutdown of the "church of scientology of moscow".

  "the upholding by the supreme court of the legality of the shutdown of the so-called church of scientology is seen as an important precedent demonstrating the state's determination not to recognize as religious those organizations that use people's religious feeling for malign purposes, " russian orthodox church spokesman vakhtang kipshidze told interfax-religion.the ruling in the scientologists' case is not a breach of the religious freedom since "it was proved in court that the very activity of this organization is an affront to human freedom as such," kipshidze said.the russian orthodox church regularly comes into contact with people whose membership in totalitarian sects left them deeply wounded spiritually and mentally, ruined their lives and happiness, the spokesman said.

  As a ministerial servant he was considered just a tidy upperer and he wasn't employed by the org. They have such little respect for their slaves when it comes time to pay for their misdeeds.

  i agree with some of what is presented but not all.

  it is good to live within your means as presented in this video.

  No problems, they keep encouraging the younger ones in the congregation to assist the elderly. No help for the single mother and her children though.

  Exactly and it's a strategy done on purpose. They don't want any of the JWs thinking they might get older, the big A is coming any day.
  
  It's 1975 all over again, they can't give a date but they can pretend that there is no need for future savings and possessions.

  Not shunning even after the regional

  so i have been told that a bro i know that is df is being greeted even after the convention on shunning he finds it refreshing that witnesses can use their own conscience seeing that shunning is not a law but a principle that only a privilege that applies only to antichrist some still do not believe in shunning even after that talk i happened to be at a regional on sat gb member went off subject and started to expane why a patent must shun the child nobody clapped ..

  Poopie, that's great. Having talked to a few JWs about shunning, I hear also that they are not as rigid on the policy as they once were. These JWs are under the impression that the GB has loosened up over the past few years, they haven't though and it may just wake up a few more when they see the GB sticking their heels in.

  so some may have read the long and boring post about our last vacation and some of the things that my wife came to tell me during our time away.

  i recently came across a female youtuber called "bridget azaz".

  she has made a number of youtubes recording discussions that she has had with a number of jws.

  she does an excellant job and i thought i would make mention of her here.there appears to be another youtube site that either she or someone else has created with a couple of her interviews which have been touched up from the originals on her 'bridget azaz' site.this is one of them and i think you will enjoy it.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkescwpafmu&feature=em-subs_digest.
