Thanks for the information and your hard work. I've just requested some copies, they would be great to have when speaking to a JW.

There are some outside homes that are shared by some of the lawyers and the doctors of the family because they have such specialized licenses and not just anyone can do those wtypes of jobs.
Instead of 'of the family' do you mean 'with a family'? Why can't children live at Bethel as well? There's more than enough land to build specialised units on that would cater for families.
There must be so many female Bethelites who are sad that they can't have children due to Warchtower rules and their selfish husbands, to see others treated and catered for specifically just because of their worldly qualifications must be very hard to take. Not treating your slaves equally is unscriptural.
Also many of the homes are converted where multiple bethelites will live in with a centralized kitchen and living room and each room will have one or two bethelites. Like Walkill had the W house it was like 10 minutes away from the main complex and something like 12 bethelites live in it. A lot of time when they bought these parcels it was owned by one person and instead of tearing down a perfectly good house they just converted them into bethel rooms.
Surely it would be cheaper to accommodate them at Bethel. It doesn't make sense that they did all this planning for Warwick and there's still not enough accommodation.
Rather than accommodating 12 people in a house, they could sell it. 12 people in a house, with one kitchen, one laundry and maybe two bathrooms sounds uncomfortable.
There are also weekend cabins and homes that can be checked out on the weekends or during vacation time. It gives the bethelites someplace that is free but that they can get away from their normal routine.
You mean there are some that want to temporarily escape from the happiest place on earth?
Us regular folk can't afford a holiday house and most of us wouldn't dream of using donated money to have one. What next, free flights to travel the world?
Sounds more like a regular retreat for the GB and helpers to entertain each other and other JWs of note.

Some more background information on Geoffrey Jackson
by Listener inborn in 1955 jacko was baptized at 13 years of age in 1968.his life story, printed in the august 2015 watchtower doesn't state the year in which he married, it's fairly general when talking about it.
hmmm, i wonder why?i've come across a recording of an interview with jacko at a hall dedication in another part of the us in 2009 which provides some further information.he married his first wife, jenny, in 1974 at the grand old age of 19. no wonder they didn't want to print it in the watchtower.unfortunately his first wife, jenny, was diagnosed with cancer in 1999.in 2003 jacko was sent a letter from the gb stating he was being transferred to hq and his wife would be given appropriate work.
he initially didn't know why they were being called to hq as he felt they were being very productive in their fijian paradise, he states that they brought 75 people into the truth.

It looks like the initial link that I provided no longer works. As of Oct. 6th it seems that something happened on their website and they now only allow access by registration.
http://centralprint.net/talks/default.html
It seems strange for this to happen around the time that this thread was written about a GB member sharing some insight to their experiences.

I'm glad you were able to make it out of the cult and make some changes in your life for the better.
Its unbelievable that they are talking about suing you. It would look really bad for them when you explained that your carer was taking advantage of his position and harassing you. I doubt the courts would look favourably upon him.

"Go and tell someone who cares...I dont care!"
by stuckinarut2 ini don't usually like the confrontational approach to those on the carts, however this video is a great example of how jws do not really care about child abuse issues!.
the arrogance of this brother is disturbing..... bear with the video.
it gets really interesting around the 6 min mark, where the brother loses his cool.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5chulnnyqs.

This is about the worst type of behaviour you could witness from a middle aged man in Australia (who isn't drunk). All that's missing is "C'mon ya wanna fight?" from the poor specimen of a man.

The real reason the Watchtower Magazine is studied
by RULES & REGULATIONS inthe watchtower study is not real bible study.
it is a study to introduce wtbts beliefs, doctrines, and practices.
just think for a moment!

I was just listening to Michael Felker who has a youtube channel and did a review of the April Watchtower QFR and had this to say about a statement written
the "Questions from Readers" article in the April 2018 Watchtower Study Edition. The most noteworthy statement in question is this: "By directing interested people to our official websites, we are connecting them with the one true source of spiritual food, 'the faithful and discreet slave.'"
Apparently the Bible is not longer the one true source of spiritual food and the JWs job is to direct people to JW org, not Jesus. -

Goodbye my friends.
by StephaneLaliberte infor almost 12 years now, i have been coming to this site on a regular basis and in the last 5, i “faded out”.
i never regretted this and never will.
unfortunately though, yesterday, i realized that, until i can publically tell all my old acquaintances why i have left, i will never be truly free.

That's a really good reason to leave, if we don't try different tactics then we can never appreciate what works for us personally.
Thank you for all your contributions here, it's been a delight. Also thank you for having the desire to help others.

That's interesting that you don't need inside information Bobby. Let's look at their property ownership. Possibly now their most valuable properties. Which legal entity/entities own the Patterson, Warwick and Walkill complexes?

What inside information do you have Bobby? This is a secret society you are talking about and you don't know what they are up to or what their financial situation is.
For all we know, the Watchtower is going bankrupt as they syphone off the money into other financial structures.

I know of someone who has a room to let but I imagine it might be a long way from you and you would need a passport and visa.
Let me guess, you live somewhere in the USA.
