  thanks to atlantis and his sources, we are able to examine material from the alleged "faithful slave" which is intended only for the eyes of the shepherds wolves in the congregation.. information needed for visit of circuit overseer .

  all congregation accounts records covering the period since the last visit, which would include any bankbook being used and the records for any additional accounts being kept by the congregation.

  (do you have excess money which should have been given to us?).

  It is unbelievable that they need a circuit overseer to audit every congregations books that he visits. There is no bible principle to establish such a focus on materialism. The org. does not trust the Elders in financial matters so why are they trusting them in much more life altering situations? Why doesn't the CO, at the very least, review JCs?

  Here are some thoughts on some of the rulings found in the Shepherding Book. In many instances they continue to list a number of questions that the Elders should consider but don't even explain why they should consider those things. My guess is that examples are given at the special Elder schools and they list those in their books. This makes it seem like the organization is not so dogmatic.
  
  Their appears to be a change in attitude about Elder's children living at home, this includes adult children.
  
  

  If a brother’s wife or child, including an adult child living in his home, is involved in serious wrongdoing, the body should seek to determine whether the brother was negligent...Allows Disfellowshipped or Disassociated Family Member to Move Into His Home:...Similar questions should be considered when an adult child living at home is disfellowshipped or disassociated and allowed to remain in the home.

  
  No review is required as to why an Elder would continue to allow his son or daughter who is not yet an adult to live at home, it is only required when an child who is not an adult and wants to move back into the home. This is a big change and would suggest that there is no direction from the organization that a non adult child should be kicked out, even by an Elder.
  
  

  31...Elders do not generally involve themselves in what an individual does with regard to petty gambling solely for entertainment. However, if such petty gambling affects his spirituality or becomes a cause of stumbling for others, counsel should be given.

  
  It looks like this is new too. It's okay to gamble as long as it is for entertainment purposes. That weekly scratchie is a go, but you are not allowed to sell them, even as an employee.
  
  Included is a new example of when two witnesses are not required in a situation.
  
  

  An exception may be made, however, if the unbeliever privately makes an unambiguous confession of adultery to the Christian mate. In such a case, if the innocent Christian mate believes that the confession is true and does not wish to reconcile, he can submit a letter to the elders outlining his situation...If there is no known reason to conclude otherwise, the innocent mate can be allowed to take responsibility before Jehovah for obtaining a Scriptural divorce; if he remarries, no judicial action will be taken.

  
  There also appears to be some new circumstances in which a adulterer can seek remarriage. The Elders can determine that the innocent mate demonstrates their rejection of the adulterer and includes -
  
  

  76.2 The innocent mate signs a divorce decree or in some other way indicates he does not object to a divorce initiated by the guilty mate, either before or after learning of the adultery.
  76.3 Though verbally expressing forgiveness and not seeking a divorce, the innocent mate refuses to resume sexual relations for a very prolonged period of time, a year or even years.

  
  Both these rulings are interesting. In point No. 2 if the innocent party has indicated that they were agreeable to a divorce without even knowing their partner committed adultery the adulterer is free to remarry. This means that the adulterer is given a lot of power in the situation and does not allow for a change of mind from the innocent party.
  
  Point No. 3 also hands over power to the adulterer.
  
  There are many marriages where sex is withheld and for lesser reasons than the other mate having cheated, yet there is no freedom there for remarriage. This ruling is an injustice to them. The adulterer could continue to make life just that little bit unpleasant for the partner that desire for sexual relations is impossible to resume. I can imagine a situation that an innocent partner with children and very dependent on the adulterer is willing to forgive but is made to feel ugly/unwanted/undesirable and having sex can feel like a complete violation of their own body.

  the may 2019 wt has defiantly and arrogantly been released by the gb, and it is full of their disgusting excuses for not complying with authorities!.

  While the elders are not authorized to enforce the law of the land, they do not shield any perpetrator of child abuse from the legal consequences of his sin. (Rom. 13:4)
  

  
  Fine, they recognize that they cannot enforce the law of the land on an abuser but they will not recognize that they are shielding the perpetrator by not reporting an accusation to the law enforcers.

  Yes and they are still teaching this as Jackson mentioned in his talk.
  
  What is different (from what I can make out), that Daniel 11:40-42 is now being fulfilled but Daniel 11:43-45 is still to come, that will be at the final part of the Great Tribulation, when Armageddon happens.
  
  At this meeting they have said that the King of the North has entered the Land of Decoration but strangely they do not say that this is the start of the Great Tribulation.

  It was clear that it is them, the GB, who have the answers.
  
  The final talk was given by Splane who was given the agenda to 'comfort' the JWs after such intense talks.

  We have long held that the land of decoration is the "spiritual Estate of Jehovah's people"... Now Brothers what can we say about all these events that have taken place (referring to recent events in Russia) in such a short period of time? Well, truly, if you're a student of the history of God's organization, you can say these events are unprecedented in our history. We've never seen a country or a territory with 175,000 Witnesses of Jehovah go under ban. We've not seen such a large branch seized by a government, as well as all of our Kingdom Halls - and even declaring the New World Translation as 'extremist'
  Well then based on all of these events, what can we say? The Governing Body believes that these and other actions by Russia and it's allies constitute a part of the fulfillment of the King of the North entering the Land of Decoration.
  Well now, what can we expect? It would not be surprising if Russia and its allies continue to persecute God's people and that persecution spreads to other lands. Already, just a little more than one week ago, on Sept. 26, 2018, the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic that's one of the breakaway republics from Ukraine, declared the religious association of Jehovah's Witnesses to be "extremist'.
  Well, now, brothers, this raises a very important question. Does this mean that the attack of Gog of Magog has begun? Well, we are not ready to tell you. Pay attention, the annual meeting is not yet over. By the end of this meeting you will have the answer to that important question.

  Sanderson then explains how JWs can be ready, he states

  1. "We must follow direction from Jehovah's organization ... Why? Because Jehovah will provide us with the direction that we need, so that we can maintain our spirituality. And Brothers it is vital that we adhere to that direction closely in order to preserve our spirituality and the spirituality of others who may worship with us."

  2. "Don't panic, trust in Jehovah and don't ban yourself."

  3. "Protect your spiritual food. Brothers, have a place in mind to hide your Bible and other precious spiritual food, whether in printed or in electronic form. "

  4. "Love one another intensely from the heart" Apparently this means that you need to clap when you see Brothers being charged and imprisoned.
  
  Geoffrey Jackson gives the next talk and as Lett introduces him, he suggests that you don't get up and go to the toilet so as not to miss anything.
  
  Jackson says that the attack of Gog of Magog has not yet started.

  JWLEAKS.ORG is back for 2019 with a Scandal

  yep, we are back after taking some extended time off.. the jwleaks.org website had been archived for some time.

  i was concentrating on other jw-related projects in relation to say sorry.. but the governing body of jehovah's witnesses, who no longer claim to be infallible, decided that in their fallibility the best use of 'dedicated funds' would be to launch civil action against me in a us federal court.

  to this end watch tower bible and tract society of pennsylvania, inc., sent their attorneys after me.

  Many of those documents show unusual names as the purchaser. For example, the property at 21 Clark Street was sold to a buyer caller '21 Clark Street Property owner, LLC'. Many of the properties sold are similar.
  
  I can't understand how a Limited Liability Company could be created with the same name as the property address. Where would the money to purchase the property come from?
  
  Is it possible that the Watchtower set up these Limited Liability Companies and 'purchased' their own property and although a monetary value was listed in the documents no actual money was paid/transferred. In this way, all the properties could be transferred to private owners (those listed as directors of the LLC) thus reducing the Assets belonging to the Watchtower.
