  How many innocent people have these Christian extremeists murdered?

  The Islamic mainstream is waaay too quiet on the Jihadists atrocities in the name of Allah. Something is obviously wrong. Either they are intimidated cowards or they quietly support their methods.

  that astonishingly awesome claim comes from dr. richard b. hoover, an astrobiologist at nasas marshall space flight center, who says he has found conclusive evidence of alien life fossils of bacteria found in an extremely rare class of meteorite called ci1 carbonaceous chondrites.

  (there are only nine such meteorites on planet earth.

  My JW friend has said, "even if they're wrong, I would still want to be part of this organization."

  That is a very interesting viewpoint. This friend sounds like a perfect Jehovah's Witness. I wish I could be content with what is put before me but i cannot seem to close down my brain enough.

  Hello to everyone.... and could I ask a really basic question here please...

  i'm james i'm new to this forum as of today and i'm a ex-jw who was "born into the truth" and then left it officially at the age of twenty after "drifting out" of it for some time.

  i'm now 34 and whilst i'm not exactly happy with the world i'm living in, i'm largely happy with my own life.. one question i've got about this forum - i didn't join for a long time because i thought it was for active jw's (based on the web-site url), not ex jw's, but then looking at the threads, it seems it is more for ex-jw's!

  what is the demographic for the membership?

  i came rather late to watching the show "two and a half men" and have been watching mostly the reruns, which i have enjoyed immensely (the story lines are funny).

  i try to catch the first runs when i can.

  to me this show is really a homage of charlie sheen's life.

  there have been several celebrities who have had public breakdowns. Was Andy Kaufman for real or was that his act? Did Joaquin Phoenix walk away to save his fragile psyche? Some have shown up in an impaired state and made ass of themselves. But this Sheen guy I think is a, so far, functional looney.
