The Black Panther party has been almost dormant for several years. They have been given a jolt in the arm by Obama's resurrecteion of class/race warfare, the president himself jumping into the Martin case with inflammatory rhetoric, ala, Jackson and Sharpton. It is now to the point that Louis Farrakhan is dusting off his old hate speeches to be trotted out again. The ground is fertile. Hello, 1960's.

The media and the race industry are happy for anything that distracts from Obama's catastrophic failure as a leader. Does anyone remember the last time racial tensions have been cultivated so blatantly?

I may not cut and paste a lot of partisan blogs here, but I have an opinion too. I tend to be blunt. This forum seems to harbor a lot of folks who have very thin skin when it comes to the give and take of a forum that offers a poltical catagory.

Do COs have a cushy life?

do cos (and dos) have a cushy life in comparison with other jws, or others in fulltime service?.

it could be said that they do, since they have an apartment provided for them, meals out, green handshakes, and invites to social gatherings.

it could also be said that they do not, since they may have to live in a different house every week, accept whatever food they're given, and they have a lot more meetings than the average jw.. .

Do you have Feng Shui in your home?

Technically, Feng Shui is a philosophy/superstition that has very specific rules for the layout of living and working space and involves the belief in good and evil spirits, etc.

When I use the term I am simply using it as shorthand for ergonomic design that lends itself to natural flow of people in tight spaces, such as the layout of a bustling restaurant or commercial kitchen.

In small ways, it can be very important, such as the hingeing of an interior door left or right, in or out.

It depends on the man, and, if he is married, the woman. I have known of several CO wives who would stay in a small travel trailer in the parking lot of the KH almost 24 hours a day during the visit. The CO was constantly fielding inquiries about her. His standard response was always that she was suffering from a vague malaise that implied female problems. The fact was that she was holed up with a jug of Carlo Rossi Burgundy. I don't know about DO's lives so much but CO's and their wives have a real grind.

Desirous describes an arrangement where they have a central, permanent living arrangement and commute to the circuit congs. That would be a huge improvement over the old practice of staying in a different private home week to week or dragging a trailer around.

I think the CO ass kissing perk would become tedious very quick, based on the individual. Maybe some CO's thrive on it.

hey for a group of people who have been conned and lied to i get that we are a suspicious bunch.

Global warming is a the new con replacing religion for more scientific minded or so they think.

That's pretty much it, mP. I would only add the category of those who are making money off the entire scam. Not a small faction. They have more invested than just their "religous" fervor.
