  Jehovah's witness meetings are NOT BORING......

  ...i was told but they usually were as i look back.. as a lad i'd sit and look to see who the lights would fall on.

  i'd get an almond and see how long i could suck it before i chewed at it.

  i'd imagine playing rock'n'roll on the congregation's piano.. how did you get through the meetings when you were bored?.

  I used to try to follow but I would just end daydreaming the conventions were less then ideal.I remeber I went to one in 2005 in New York and their was a bad thunderstorm and the lights were flickering and the sound syestem was going out of whack.So that made it a little interesting.

  in matthew, jesus lines out all the signs of the last days.

  he puts a stipulation on it saying that nobody will know the day or the hour.

  does that not mean that nobody could know the last days as well?

  The last days refer to a change in society and it is not to be taken literally.The only end is the end of a person's life. Jeus was refering to his time period and other times in history.This 21st century of May 18 2011 is not anymore or less violent then the 1st century C.E. Earthquakes and wars and famine and diease will plague mankind now and forever.
