  i have found some powerful reinforcements when people have stated their " epiphany moment "... please share some.. my turning pointing began when i was badly hurt by a person i had always viewed as a literal brother.

  i realized that if his.

  love was conditional.... if it was the case with him , then how about those i had less affection for and trust in ?.

  It's somewhat hard to say. I was seriously depressed and decided to go on a trip. All that time alone gave me time to think about most things WTS-related. At this point, I wasn't even looking @ 'apostate' websites or anything of that 'sort,' so it my was own brain working at this point. I went to the summer convention, and after that, completely disappeared from the congregation. I didn't see anyone or talk to anyone in the congregation for 3 entire months. No one called or visited. One day, when praying in tears, I realized that there was no one on the other 'end' of the call, so to speak. That was the start of reading lots of information about religion and God in general etc..

  there are just 10 questions on a different topic each day.

  you don't have to play every day but if you've got a ruthless need to win it probably helps (unless your name is duncan is which case you can take a week off, stroll back to the quiz and still take top spot .

  Hi, new to this forum. Figured I'd let everyone know about my story before I got involved.

  if you just want the juicy details where i leave, i'll make disclaimer where it begins, if you just want to know what happened with the elders and organization after i realized it wasn't true, i'll mark that seperately.

  we didn't do jack shit in service, or in the congregation.

  maybe this was how jehovah came about?

  I did the geography quiz (think that was 'yesterdays') and I suspect I was crushed.. not sure, cause I submitted during the scoring overlap.. will try the new quiz when it's ready!

  Is there Attorney-client privilege for communications sent directly to Bethel legal?

  if a person retained a lawyer to draft up a document indicating that they no longer want to be an enrolled member (jw's) and therefore annul their baptsim, and send it certified mail directly to an individual named lawyer sitting at bethel, would they not be protected under attorney-client privilege and therefore non disclosure of the information with a third party?

  i would think if this was the case and the information was forwarded to the boe, could not the bethel attorney be sanctioned or disbarred?.

  a survey of 32 question of religious knowledge given by the.

  pew forum on the religion and public life.. get this, on average, americans got 16 of 32 right.. number one group, yes, the atheists and agnostics got.

  an average of (20.9), jews (20.5), mormons(20.3), protestants(16).

  Adam was by himself for 35 1/2 years and counting....

  according to jw bible chronology , adam was created some 6000 years before 1975 & as armageddon hasn't arrived yet , he has been alone for all the equivalent years since then (despite the wtbts claiming that adam was only on his own for just a few weeks or months.).

  luckily as a perfect man , he had no sexual desires.... .

  adam felt no desires of sex.

  I'm sure Adam must've had his 'tube steak,' else how would he have urinated? unless, he was SO perfect, he didn't need to... cue RCC and "everybody poops" family guy jokes..
