Thanks, friends.
Blondie, I knew you wouldn't let me down. You are a Jewel.
Thanks, QB
can someone, please, help me in finding this?.
i remember in a kingdom ministry, written quite some time, ago.. it mentioned that it was upto the individual family to determine what congregation they would attend, based on their own circumstances.
they wouldn't be subjected to determined boundaries.. does anyone remember that one, and where it exists?.
Thanks, friends.

i was sitting at meeting the other night and happen to notice an elder with a sheet of paper with the title of the above post.
it appears to have been composed on a computer, not a form printed by the org.
on it were all the names of the people in this particular elders group and there were columns for the days of the week when we have our meetings.
I would mess up this Elder's mind when he came to visit me. When he brings up the absence, going back a few months, I would state that his records are not accurate. I was there all along, he just didn't see me.
my wife and i ran up against a brick wall trying to find out imformation on our search of finding my half brother.
will loislane pm me and offered us her service in finding him.
found us some very good leads but surprise, surprise she came across someone i totally forgot about from my childhood.
Lois Lane, this is a great recommendation.
I'm proud to say that Lois is one of my friends, too.
the material i've studied about early christianity leads to the conclusion that what passes for modern christianity is the result of luck.
ideas required support, so who was lucky enough to get the numbers at a conference?
(often dependent on who could get there).
Another thing I like about the Chineese, is that they don't mind admitting when they are wong.
i haven't been to a meeting in about a year, made up my mind about six months ago that jw's are just another religion and that its not for me.
started dating a "worldly" girl 10 months ago and got engaged this past weekend.
i'm having a hard time deciding who to invite to the wedding.
Congratulations on getting married. Depending on your how your JW friends/family feels about you marrying an unbeleiver will determine if they will attend. Just ask them to RSVP you when you provide them with the invitations.
I wish you a joyous wedding day.
may 11 2013, zone visit; brother splane visits ireland.
brother splane spoke on the subject should you wear sauls garment?.
.... "bro and sis splane were once assigned to a fanatically catholic town.
Well, what else is missing from this experience?
Were there Munchikins, and Lollipop kids inviting them to Munchikin land.

I'm trying to follow along this discussion, but have to admit I got heated up because shunning is something that I really hate.
I'm kind of trying to understand Marvin's expalnation or wavelength on the matter of extreme shunning and comparing the employers relationship with employess. Here are my questions.
What happens when a Lawyer is disbarred? or, What happens when a Dr loses his medical license? Is this a form of shunning?
alshello.
i'm a practicing jw.
finally decided to create an account to see whether you could all help me.. so i am engaged to this wonderful wonderful man and in three months time we'll be married.
First of all let me say that those feelings that you are having towards one another are normal, and you shouldn't be feeling guilty about any of it. The timing may not look good because this natural thing is supposed to happen after your marriage. If you are going to play by JW rules, make sure that you have less private moments togeather untill your marriage takes place.
