No mention of the Metero Sexual suits, Bright colored socks, Spandex, no association with DF relatives. He just spoke about the matter of depression.
I would rank this one as the best that I have attended. It was non-judgemental, positive, and upbeat

That's just the problem with JW's. We are afraid to mention that we have some skeletons in our closet. I know of some people who will refuse Blood Transfusions, not participate in Holiday celebrations, and yet they will go to nightclubs, smoke and think that they are classified as JW's. They pick and choose whats on the menu but refuse to pay the check. Yet, people think that they are devout JW's because they refuse blood at the hosp. or, use the religious card. You got to admit, this news story would have no impact if they wrote that this guy was a catholic. -

A District Overseer once said that the GB has come up with that, "Family Business", terminology on their own, and this wasn't a scriptural thought whatsover. It was meant to make it softer on those who had Fam Mem's that were DF'd. But time after time it feels that they are trying to withdraw it. Whenever a reference is made about it. It is treated as if it is used as an excuse. They don't even explain how to use it. They have written more about how it isn't to be applied. Maybe, this would be new light in the future. With two questions, i recieved two lies from some cart witnesses.
by brandnew intoday i walked up to a group of cart witnesses and picked up a watchtower.
i opened the watchtower up to the first page , and asked one of the witnesses if he had read it.. lie # 1... he said he read it.. i ask my second question to a woman witness sitting next to him , who by the way was hard to tear away from her cell phone..... "whats this watchtower about?
, "........ lie # 2 ... she said she read it , but forgot "exactly" what the main points were about..

Pathetic manipulation at the Zone Visit to the Mexico Branch (Central America)
by avaddohn94 ingb helper robert luccioni paid a visit to the branch that oversees mexico and central america and, you can probably imagine all the "excitement" among the witnesses who were tied in via internet.. this time they really emphasized that none of the information that was shared during such a "magnificent" event was to be posted on social media.
the fact that they are becoming more secretive should alert anyone about the dangers posed by cult-like religions but, truth be told, that is a very difficult thing to understand from within.. still, this picture might be of help!
in the end, luccioni's objective as representative of the governing body was very clear: money!

by OneFingerSalute inas i sat through another mind numbing sermon this morning i could not help thinking that the speaker was a total clown.. lime green suit, white shirt, yellow tie, blue socks barely higher than his ankle, brown shoes, and an orange cast.
all that was missing was a big red rubber nose!
and of course everyone remarked what a wonderful talk he gave.

by hoser inmarch kingdom ministry insert is about how the field service meetings will be shortened from 10 to 15 minutes down to 5 to 7 minutes.
they want the publishers to report more hours.
in my experience the problem isn't the length of the meeting for service but pioneers and publishers dogging it after the service arrangement.
