  Necessary Family Business (NFB) is now acceptable according to the weekly WT Study

  during the last decade i've seen so many articles, and top speakers try to downplay that nfb policy.

  now, this weeks wt study mentions a positive experience of someone applying having, "contact and applying nfb with a df relative".

  What??? You don't beliieve that I would go to Bethel. I would go in a heartbeat. Free meals, laundry, cheap car repairs, housekeeping, etc...

  Well it took awhile. I've downsized. Got rid of my BMW. I now drive a Ford Fusion. The CO approves.

  I have a special skill tat they want. My wife will be assigned to the laundry room. This pisses her off. But. how could she refuse? It's a special privilledge.

  i thought i'd spend some time cleaning up the forum code and wanted to let you know about some of the recent changes and fixes:.

  the avatars and in-post images used to use a separate imaging service which was convenient but didn't provide much control over caching which meant that each day you visited the site you were probably re-downloading those images again.

  as they are immutable they can be cached for a long time which saves bandwidth and speeds things up.

  he said that the parents of df or inactive do not have right to help there child why not?

  his answer its above there pay grade.

  he also said another witness helped this young lady she was a sister so another person can help your child but you cannot he said let jehovah help them.audeince dead silent..

  I just listened to the whole video posted thanks to Wifibandit. The words pay grade do not come up.

  The talk was about higher education, negative thinking, trials of Paul. Nothing about disfellowshipped family matters,

  Another brother steps back

  so at the meeting this week it was announced that a certain brother was no longer serving as a ministerial servant.. this is a guy who was brought up in a different country as his family went to serve where the need was greater.

  this is a guy who was home schooled and went straight into pioneering.

  he then went and worked on building projects in various places in europe and africa.

  Too much emphasis is put on positions in this organization. I remember how I felt when it was announced that I would no longer serve as an Elder. I did appreciate how the remaining Elders did maintain respect for me by asking me to do assignments in the congregation. It wasn't long before 5 more Elders stepped down. The Society doesn't dignify a deletion of Pioneers, Elders, and MS's. It's always presented as, you, read between the lines.
