Long time no see!
Just so you know, ... that picture of "Jesus" is exactly how the 'world's Jesus' (including the WTBTS) looks like. And it was those "good-looking" Jesus' that my Lord warned me against. I could always hear him say, 'That's not me. I look NOTHING like that.' In a vision, I once saw someone who looked soo much like "Jesus" that all these 'sheep were running to him. I thought it was my Lord but I 'heard' the spirit say "Don't be fooled by his outward appearance, for he is NOT me." Then later on when I looked a little more carefully toward that "Jesus" he was slaughtering the sheep just as your picture was doing it. But, the sheep LOVED it!
Anyways...
you asked, "Why is God invisible?"
The reason?
The Father is invisible because the flesh.. (which is SO consumed with outward beauty) could NOT handle God's appearance. For God is not beautiful in 'outward appearance' but beautiful in inward appearance.
Why is the Son invisible?
Because the "world" beholds him no more.... BUT those who belong to him by his spirit, can literally see him. Some of us have actually 'seen his figure,' his actual appearance. He said the world would no longer behold him, but those who belong to him are welcome to see his figure. For he loves them and 'plainly shows himself to them.' Anyone asking can recieve it. Those who don't believe it, don't see him. Those who do believe it, will see him.

when i left the catholic church in the late 1960s it was somewhat painful, but my new found religion of jehovahs witnesses seem to be the "right thing at the right time" given the social and family unrest at the time.

I wish very, VERY much that YOU would 'walk' with the Anointed Jesus. For you to get personally "used" to him, his voice, his words. How he always stays consistent and will let you know that you are the one that is "wrong," no matter how close he lets you get to him.
He is indeed a spirit, and thus he sees "past" the flesh. Our eyes are limited to the flesh. He sees past the flesh and sees what your flesh WON'T tell you. Without a doubt you immediately would always disagree with him, because what you see is not what he sees. But when he later "opens" your eyes with 'eyesalve' so that you can see NOW, you get ashamed. Anyone who comes to the Christ experiences this. I have experienced this in GREAT depth. I ALWAYS had "issues" and he ALWAYS brought them to my attention.
There were times he would read to me about the 'apostasy' and hypocrisy of "Israel" and then say "I know you think I'm talking about JWs... but I am also talking about YOU!" He would then warn me to stop or I would become "hardened" like my "brothers" and thus walk the 'path' they walked. This caused me to keep an eye "on myself" and as far as my 'neighbor' is concerned... "love thy neighbor."
I really wish you could come to the Light and see just how "revealing" and how 'repulsive' we REALLY are. Ths is what will build faith and protect us from those who are trying to "mislead, if possible, even the chosen ones."

those of us who used to be jws, i have a question for you: why would any of us think revelation has anything to say about the 21st century, or that we are in the last days period?.
when we left the jws, we did so because of their false teachings.
we saw through their faulty reasoning about why we are in the last days.

I know I may get REALLY shot down for saying this, but I have to say it:
The book of Revelation, ALL OF IT was not written for the world, but written for those who are 'anointed' and thus belong to the Anointed Jesus. It is a revelation of Jesus Christ (both in the flesh and in the spirit) a revelation of what must "shortly take place," and a revelation of what has taken place. All of this both in "The Gospel according to John" and "Revelation" together make up "THE REVELATION of Jesus Christ."
Jesus had this 'disclosure' written to the 'anointed' and only the 'anointed' because the spirit that lives in the hearts of those 'anointed' would "teach it to them." When I say 'anointed' I am NOT in ANY WAY refering only to the 144,000. The ANOINTED make up both the 144,000 "firstfruits" AND A GREAT MULTITUDE" of people from every nation, tribe, people, and tongue. All of these who recieve the free gift of holy spirit are "taught" one-on-one BY that 'spirit.' That spirit explains to them what the 'real' meaning is of Revelation in the order according to what the Lord chooses to reveal to them. The reason for this is because the ones who are being attacked in the book of Revelation are the 'anointed.' The 'beasts' are not after the world, but the 'anointed.' In its quest for seeking and destroying the 'anointed' it has gathered much of the world to prevent them from recieving holy spirit and thus an 'anointing' by it.
(This right here should TELL YOU the 'beasts' are NOT Governments. The Governments are NOT looking for the 'anointed' nor do they even care.)
All those of the 'anointed' who recieve this 'message' and heed the 'warnings' are blessed and happy Revelation 1:3. They will not be ensnared and will be able to warn their brothers and everyone else who is in danger.

2nd. How often to YOU want to "remember" him?
I eat the bread and drink the wine in remembrance of him EVERYDAY with Jewish bread and red wine.
I WANT to remember him everday and I want to "proclaim the death of our Lord" everyday. Also, he says whoever eats and drinks remains in union with him and he in union with that person John 6:56. So I want to be 'in union' with him everyday, so I eat and drink in rememberance of him, everyday.
