Why Does God Permit Wickedness?

how many times did we read or recite the same ole bs about allowing wicked people to try to rule themselves and failing?

god's soverienty was brought into question and now he'll give satan and man so many thousand years to give it a try.

May peace be with you.

I can understand your remark, I do not take it offensively. What the Spirit has said is that the reason you feel that way is because (1) you don't understand what it means and (2) you are not familiar with what occured before creation. This does not make you a "bad person," you simply didn't know. So here is what my Lord says.

What my Lord has given me to share with you is this: Before the beginning, BEFORE he created the heavens and the earth, BEFORE creation.. there was a Wicked One (not Satan the Devil). This Wicked One was the Enemy of our Father. The Father was good and he willed that by means of his creation that he was ABOUT to create, he would "bring to NOTHING" this wicked one. In the beginning, when the Christ was born, it was to be by MEANS of him that he would put an end to the Wicked One and all the wickedness that issues forth FROM him.

if a child asks a parent for help in an emergency and the parent does not respond we'd call it child-abuse.

if a friend asks a friend for help and they were immobile and silent we'd call that betrayal.

The reason you feel that if there was a God, there isn't one anymore is because he has concealed his face from you. He knows you do not want to hear him and you do not wish for him to speak to you, so he has as you wished, concealed himself from you so that you can feel you have your "freedom" to do as you please. He still exists and he is still real, but he has concealed himself from you because you wanted him to. However, if you wish to draw close to him.. he will draw close to you.

Although you want nothing to do with him, he said to tell you that he knows that and that he still has love for you. He also said that if ever you wish to see him, he will reveal himself to you if you are truly "asking," truly "seeking," truly "wishing," and truly "knocking." It is not a difficult thing to do.. it is only a matter of whether you 'want' to or not. Take care,

a dear loved one of mine has started attending the hall.

i need scriptural ammunition to combat this mind control....specifically on the "little flock" "great crowd" doctrines, the trinity, and jesus.

Greetings Shamms,

I can understand how you feel and I can understand you feel you need a place to vent. It can be very frustrating to the flesh to watch someone you love being misled and you feel powerless to do anything. Please try to understand, that if her is in it, it will be MORE frustrating to you trying to convince her than it is for you to simply watch her and let her be. If you truly love her, do what is best for her and be kind to her in OTHER ways. Let her have her religion but you continue loving her as the Christ would. If she is in need, try to be there for her. Avoid confrontation unless she is trying to convert you. If that happens (and you did NOTHING to either encourage it or instigate it), then with mildness avoid what you "know" to tell her or "want" to tell her and just let the Spirit speak to her. If she hears, she will hear. If she refrains she will refrain. The Spirit will say to her only what she "needs to hear" but she may not wish to obey after hearing it. However, she could be willing to hear it later. Do not expect her to listen, and do not expect her not to listen. Just put it entirely in our Lord's hands.. he will do for her what he will do.. if she is willing.

Greetings,

Whenever one is praying and asking for something bad, the Adversary is always listening. He is the Tempter because he tempts mankind to sin and to give in to the desires of their flesh. He tells mankind that they have a right to live as they please, and he provides pleasure to them that they may continue distracted, continue enslaved, and continue in bondage.

The diseases, car wrecks, abusings and starvation that man encounters are not from the Father. These things come from man whom they have received.. from the Adversary. The things the Father teaches PREVENT disasters and CARE for man. However, man in his inexperience and lack of knowledge wants to do what 'he' thinks is best and what he feels he should do and by doing so he has led himself and his offspring into pain and into suffering. The Tempter has come after having instigated the 'fall of man' and tells them to 'blame God for all their troubles' and 'if God was "truly" a loving Father he would prevent all the chaos that has come upon them.' Man has chosen to listen to that "voice" and did exactly what the Tempter has told them to do... blame God. It was man that did not want to listen to the Father and it was man who chose to listen to the Adversary to do what pleases them and when such brought chaos, man has continued to listen to the Adversary and blame God although they were the ones who chose to listen to the Adversary.

Greetings Shamms,

The GREATEST of peace to you.

I can understand why you feel you need "scripture ammunition" to fight against your loved one attending the Hall, however, you must understand that our Lord said, "All whom the Father gives to ME will COME to ME. And he that comes to me, I will by no means drive away." If your loved one belongs to him and the Father has given your loved one to the Christ.. your loved one WILL come to him and your loved one WILL find him. If your loved one for now.. chooses captivity, he/she will go into captivity. However, if your loved one is a sheep, a sheep does not "harken unto the voice of strangers." Therefore at some point and some time in his/her life, your loved one will "leave" and will start thirsting and hungering for the Christ. He/she will hear what she/he wants to hear. If they really want "the truth," they will not stop until they find "the truth." The Spirit always bears witness to the truth and if they are seeking the truth, they WILL find it. The Holy Spirit compelled me to share this with you, hope you understand and take care.

a relative of mine had some jehovah's witnesses stop by and give her the august 1, 2004, watchtower.

much to my surprise, well not really, i found this on page 5 in the article gods kingdom government.

it says, "rather than being an abstract condition of the herart, god's kingdom is a real government thta has accomplished wonderful deeds since its inauguration in heaven it 1914.".

It is sad that the Watchtower says: "You can enjoy the blessings that come from associating with those who are being educated in and endeavoring to live by the standards of the Kingdom."

What scripture says that blessings "come from" associating with those (Jehovah's witnesses) who are being educated in and endeavoring to live by the standards of the kingdom? Does not blessings come from JAH? Do they not come from his Son.. JAHeshua? Do not blessings come from the Father of the celesial lights with every GOOD GIFT and every PERFECT PRESENT?

The Watchtower also said: "Better still, you can come to enjoy the prospect of living under Kingdom rule in the promised new world in which "righteousness is to dwell."--2 Peter 3:13""

What benefit is there in enjoying the "prospect" of something? How do you know when this "prospect" expires? Did not our Lord give us the "guarantee" that "He who believes in ME will NOT come into judgment, but he will have ALREADY passed over from death to LIFE?" Did he not say that "He that feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood HAS everlasting life?" Therefore if one HAS everlasting life.. they are not waiting for the "prospect of life" because by means of the Christ they can HAVE life everlasting..now.

Greetings loved ones,

It is with love that I wish to share with you as much on this question as the Spirit will permit me. The reason God permits wickedness is because although wickedness has NO beginning, it will have an end. It was by means of creating his Son, and pattering us who follow him in the pattern of his Son, that he will use his Son, and us, to bring and end to wickedness, and to the Devil, and to the One who is wicked.

The Light has come to be that by means of the Light, the darkness will be brought to nothing. There was wickedness before creation, there was wickedness after creation, but when the last hour arrives and all things are brought back together again into the Christ, wickedness will be no more.

Greetings Balsam and Terry,

The truth is, dear ones, is that the power of prayer to God is not a myth. Prayers made to the Father for a good purpose are always heard and answered. Ones who pray out of love for the benefit of their fellowman are heard with more favor than those who pray for the purpose of satisfying or pleasing their own flesh. All prayers that are made with a good purpose and a good intent are heard and answered.. always. Prayers that are made with either a malicious, selfish, or other bad intent are not always heard by the Father. Further, the Father is not the only one who answers prayers. The Devil also answers prayers to ones wanting things that are pleasing to them.

Those who have prayed for their children or loved ones not to die have had good intents or bad intents when making such prayers. The Father has his reasons for saving the FLESH of some, saving the SPIRIT of others, and allowing others to go to rest when they die. It all depends on what was in their hearts and what 'covenant' they had with the Father (which no one knows unless they can either 'read one's heart' or if the Spirit tells them) and what the Father's will was for them. Everything he does, he does with a purpose. Many people have prayed for ones to live when the one dying was praying to die. Many have prayed for ones to die while the one praying wanted to live. Many did not know what was best for them so they ask God to let his will be done, but those who prayed for the person were praying according to what they wanted.

There are many variables involved and many things the Father looks at. But everything he does is for the benefit of the sheep. All whom the Father gives to his Son, will come to him. And he will give all of them everlasting life. The Father's will is going to be done. Those who want salvation will be saved.. and those who do not want it will not be saved.

1after six days jesus took with him peter, james and john the brother of james, and led them up a high mountain by themselves.

Yes, this is true. Anyone who "thinks" the transfiguration was not true would then accuse Peter of telling a false story. But the question is, where are you getting that the transfiguration was not true? What did Peter say about the transfiguration that was inaccurate? Where is the discrepancy you are talking about? Is the descrepancy in his letters, is it in Matthew, where?

Who ARE the 144,00??

there have been a couple of posts recently about the 144,000. since the wt theory is bogus, i ask the forum, "who are the 144,000"?

i know the traditional view of some religions is that they are 144,000 literal jews who will convert near the gt to witness to the jewish population.

not sure that makes a whole lot of sense to me.

Greetings, The 144,000 are direct descendants of the sons of Abraham, through Isaac, and through Jacob (Israel). They are not Jews because the Jews only made up two of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel (Benjamin and Joseph). The other ten tribes were called Samaritans (dwelling in the land of Samaria). The 144,000 are the firstfruits of the entire nation of Israel. The 144,000 are ones who have been sealed in their foreheads as slaves of the Most High from every tribe of the sons of Israel. They have been sealed with holy spirit and belong to the Christ as 'his' which fulfills God's covenant with his friend, Abraham. After these things, our brother bears witness saying that he sees a great multitude (also in heaven) from every nation, and tribe, and people, and tongue, wearing white robes with palm branches in their hands. These are the nations who JOIN Israel as "fellow heirs" of the kingdom of the heavens and also partake of the holy priesthood and reign with the Christ for a thousand years. All of these have been dressed in white robes that the authority to the tree of life and entrance into the [heavenly] city may be theirs. The 144,000 and the great crowd all share the heavenly inheritance to become sons of the God and begotten by holy spirit by means of the Christ to become 'his' and make up "the TRUE seed of Abraham."
