  The 144,000-A club for Men Only???

  i was just reading some passages out of the new world translation, and stumbled upon something very interesting.

  we all know rev 14:1, which numbers the 144,000, but reading the scriptures after that i noticed verse 4 which states that "these are the ones that did not defile themselves with women; in fact, they are virgins".

  this seems to show that the 144,000 would be comprised of virgin men.

  Worst Thing Youve Done In A Meeting?

  whats the worst thing youve done during a meeting?

  years ago, when i was a bit more wicked/naughty/younger than i am now, i thought i would take some drugs just prior to the meeting to see if it would make things any more interesting.

  it didnt, but at least i enjoyed the kingdom melodies tapping my foot to the beat and bopping my head!!

  i was considered "exemplary" but i defintely liked my drinking with my other fellow examples.. porn was never a terrible thing to me.

  Porn, violent games, games with demonic elements, horror games & movies, all sorts of metal music (from heavy to death and trash), cheating on my field service report card, going to meetings with unmarried sisters without chaperones, visiting apostate forums and sites, visiting other religions forums and sites, reading evolutionist scientific material, involving in light petting with a non-witness female (which I guess is almost like fornication).

  Have you read Athiests book of bible stories or similar and still believed the bible is the word of God?

  i had never questioned things in the bible.

  i often thought something was strange considering jehovah was supposed to be so loving.

  but never thought to see the bible as anything other than my jw upbringing taught me.. i now think the bible is a bunch of fairytales and have a whole lot less respect for the creator... if there is one..

  I don't have to read atheist books in order to know the Bible is bullcrap. From time to time, when I need a good laugh, I browse the CARM site. Wow, these people live in the Middle Ages, yet they have Internet access! The pride in their pseudo-science is astounding!
