  MaryKN, Have you ever thought about moving somewhere else where your JW family will never find you again? You do not deserve to be bothered by depressing conversations! You can make sure your name will not be in the White Pages, etc...Google about it! Some people will NEVER leave the cult. That is one of the facts in life! Try to move on!

  Yes! Long time ago, I met an California Elder online living in Israel but I have never met him in person. He talks about Kingdom Halls in Israel and other things too. He wrote to the Society if he could help brothers in Israel and they say Yes. I think he moved back to California. I blocked his emails because I got tired of him spewing JW trash all the time.

  Exposing one's identity. When?

  i've been toying with the idea of just coming out and posting my name and location as an attempt to be available to locals that secretly browse the forum that have known me for up to 25 years.

  ( "reaching out", so to speak ).

  i'm not da'd or df'd, so this most certainly could end in a dramatic confrontation.
