I
remember when I had to take my cat to be "nipped in the bud". Poor guy. I hated to do it to him! The really sad part is that he sits on the toilet like a girl now.
Uh, Elsewhere, how did he go to the toilet before you had him nipped.
and he's going to hate me.. i think i'm more upset about this than he will be.at least i hope so.poor kitten doesn't know yet.i haven't told him.. .

tell me what i should or shouldn't expect.
there is a meet-up planned for this saturday at a local restaraunt.
i see where they are expecting 13 plus to show up, from the rsvp.
You can expect a lot of relaxed people having a good time. Attend with the idea that you are going to enjoy the experience. Everyone I've attended came off without any problems. Bug
from now on, no dates will be espoused for future prophetic events!.
there will be a in-house elder arrangement that no longer depends upon the watchtower society's influence.. judicial commitees will no longer be in existence.
congregation members will have an active role in keeping the congregation clean while exercising appropriate mercy.. kingdom halls will mostly be sold and assembly halls will transmit circuit meetings by telephone, closed circuit tv, radio frequencies and by telephone every week.
minimus, let us know what you've been smoking, it sounds like it can cure everything. Bug.
i've been warned.
i keep saying little things to my husband, and he clearly won't budge any more then he already has.
i just want him to see the truth.
If you do it just to prove a point, It strikes me as manipulative and if you do it without him, it is a betrayal of your trust.

Absolutly correct. My wife and I have been married for over forty years, but if she had ever went to the elders about anything we would not be married now.
in this thread i mentioned having a long chat with an elder last summer.
i didn't realize i had never posted the story, so here it is.. last summer (when i went to buy my new camera lens) i ran into one of my favorite jws at the photography shop.
he was buying a camera bag for his new dslr, and i saw him, went up and greeted him, hugged him.
Excellent !!! Do you think it would be a good idea to visit with his son and give him the benefit of your knowledge??? As far as the Dad is concerned, some elders cannot stand an intelligent woman who stands up to them. Bug
in the last year no less than three people have taking to referring to me using "sir".
it's normally "yes sir" .
or "sir..." to get my attention when they need something.. these are not my buddies at work that i cut up and joke with... these are others who [gulp] look up to me.
I'm not aware of any other person at the office who is referred to using the word "Sir". At the company Christmas party one of the guys (who is actually senior in title) came to me and made a big fuss about how mush he admired me and how cool I was under pressure at work
My friend, you should know by now that people get drunk at Christmas parties and say dumb things.
when i started posting this morning it struck me that i was in the company of others around the world who were just getting up or going to bed.
one can actually see when the brits have hit the forum - like now .
do you post from home or work or both?.
Your post arrived here in Texas on 07-Dec-07 @ 04:20 AM Central standard time. If I've used correct math you are about seven hours ahead of us so you started this thread last evening your time. Right now it should be somewhere aroung noon in Jolly Old England.
how about you folks?
any of you die in the great armageddon of 1975?
i was an apostate 4 years prior to this marvelous date...... wonder why someone saw fit to keep me alive til today?
1975 woke up my thinking process because I got that funny feeling in the head that told me we had been lied to. Now it seems they are pulling the same stunt again saying the end is son near.
i am watching the #2 oregon vs arizona football game.
oregon is losing at the begginning of the 4th quarter, 31 to 17. if oklahoma wins its next 2 .
games, we will meet kansas, in the big 12 championship game.
My husband's been wearing his KU gear almost everyday! He is so excited about KU! Every since WSU lost their football team in a plane crash, he's been rooting for KU. He is so excited!
I wish I knew how they determine the rankings in the BCS. I think Kansas should be number one because they haven't been defeated. Ms.Mcducket, your husband should be excdited. Bug
