Could the New Light About the Faithful&Discrete Slave Open the Governing Body to more Lawsuits?

can a skillful lawyer use this information in court as evidence of lack of fullfillment of fuduciary duty on thier part since they claim to be the only true religion and obedience is a life and death matter.. just saying could not the governing body just be falling into a trap of thier own making and not even be consciously realizing it?

and maybe consciously and unconsciously thier legal team is pushing them that way conspiracy theorys could take many turns on that one.. how about conspiracies that operate in the collective unconscious level, conspirering against them unconscious to them making themselve thier own worst enemy..

That smacks of desperation to me, and thusly kicks in my skeptic mode...

...but it wouldn't be the first time the WTS foolishly painted a big fat target on itself to drum up publicity, stoke the persecution complex of the R&F, and try to give the appearance of fulfilling prophecy (or even trying to give prophecy a for-real nudge, for that matter).

If that is the case, though, something tells me that this time around, it'll come back to bite 'em on the ass a lot more painfully.

hi all, i'm a long time lurker, ready to join in and add my two cents worth now and then!

i was in the religion for 25 years, out now for 8, along with my husband, daughter, and son!

i would have to say pretty much the whole time i was in i didnt want to be, pretty much "dreaded" all aspects of it, meetings, service, assemblies, and talks, i hated talks, man o man would i be grouchy the whole week i had a scheduled talk.. we didnt have much family in, but lots of friends and many jw employees, pretty much lost all that, down to just one jw employee left(thats a good thing).

Makes me wonder which community is growing faster, the faithful R&F, or the XJWs...

At this rate it's gonna be at least even-Steven before too long, if it isn't already.

since most of us regard the governing body as arrogant and presumptuous, it's easy to conclude that is the reason that they did this.. what if something else is going on?.

remember when steven unthank was able to get the faithful and discreet slave charged in australia for failing to comply with the working with children act?

they also dont trust these people so will they let them know early?.

if they inform the munchers of emblems 'on the night' the whole cong will see the dissapointment, shock, despair, stabbed back.. on their faces as they are demoted to other sheep authority in this life, with the boss powers only coming in the next life.

...hello folks.... ...i've read countless of posts, ideas, opinions, etc here and i'm interested in your response.... ...there is a whole gamut of feelings here from individuals that are simply annoyed with the wt organization, to those that come off as hellbent on putting the org out of comission.... ...others yet seem to have made it their mission in life to eradicate the concept of god himself.... ...to any of these, what is your motivation?

and do you ever doubt that these efforts are futile?

do you feel that you posses the power/ability/means to change the convictions/faiths of the masses?
