Why is Jesus never mentioned in the OT ?
by mP inlots of people seem to love jesus because they think hes somebody special.
if he was the son of god, how come in over a thousand pages of holy writings and almost millions of words he is never mentioned by name or position.
i know the jw pretend he is by way of poor word play, however it just seems weird that someone so important is not mentioned at all directly.

Marriage
by Kool Jo inso i was just thinking...since many of us became aware of the real truth about the wtbs, many have also questioned the existence of a god, the truthfulness of the bible/holy books and the many practices associated with religion/christianity.... .
some have started to celebrate birthdays, christmas ect after leaving the borg...for those out there, i have a question regarding marriage:.
1. do you still think that marriage is important?

In the USA, Marriage is important for many reasons,
survivorship, power of attorney, visiting hours at the hospital.
Plus, if you dont have a "main squeeze", you could die alone (not a nice thing)
Be married, Be happy!

Any one enjoys gardening?
by greendawn inin the new ground floor flat that i purchased there is a garden area outside which is l shaped each leg being about 15 by 2 metres or about 50 by 7 feet (the rest of the outside is paved) and as the weather got better i planted a lot of the usual vegetables, aubergines, yellow peppers, tomatoes, courgettes, strawberries, cucumbers, runner beans a total of about 50 plants, and many flowers.
if all goes well i will not be buying much vegetables this summer.
i mixed in natural manure two months ago to give it time to get digested and hope i will not need to use any chemical pesticides.
