  just dont know when i'm gonna be able to do that.. right now, i am working full time, i go to school part time, etc.

  i want to start traveling more, doing more activist work, visiting more apostate friends, and helping to get people out of this 'so called religion.'.

  in other words, i want to start going to un-preach where the need is great.

  Female Attendants

  the best thing to come from the regenal convention this summer, is to see women used as attendants at the end of the program.

  they were used in distributing the new publications to convention delegates..

  Several years back, the circuit overseer actually ordered a congregation to use sisters to pass the microphonbe in order to shame the brothers in the hall who were not stepping up and getting higher hours in field service. They also had a female accounts servant due to the lack of "spiritually qualified" brothers. We old timers were shocked and it didn't last long.

  an old jw friend of mine died on saturday, and i used to be best friends with her jw husband.

  we were close friends for 14 years.

  i am new to jwn but have totally enjoyed many of the posting but without a doubt the discussion regarding cats absolutley floored me.. i am a 5th generation jw now not in the "flock" i rember brothers having the elders with a ruler measuring side burns and god forbid you have a mustach sisters hvving to kneel on the stage to be sure their skirts reached the floor but cats really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I was baptised at 17 after having been raised in. I realize now that was way too young (besides the fact that I was lied to by the Society's propagandisized publications).

  JW kids know what bad things will happen to them if they question Mom & Dad's beliefs, they are stuck!

  recently, my mother, who had stopped talking to me because i was 'apostate,' started speaking to me again.. (note that i successfully faded as opposed to ever being disfellowshipped due to dodging every elder question with "i'm not sure, i'm still searching and trying to find the answers.").
