  I can't see how any thinking people can believe in the WT...To be a good JW you don't have to think...you only need to obey and follow.

  No matter how hard I try I just can't get passed the 10 second mark of any of these propaganda videos. You have to be completely brainwashed to find these encouraging or remotely entertaining.

  When I was a JW I wasn't a moral person because I obeyed all the rules by sense of duty. Today I follow my conscience and I am custodian of my morality. I no longer have to consult others before I decide to give money to charity or to share a meal with someone who has a different religious view or sexual orientation. I have become more tolerant of others and no longer feel the need to prove anyone wrong.

  Grace has one of her daughters who is nearby and takes care of her. Shortly after we talked I received a call from another exjw woman who is friends with Grace...so she is not alone even though some of her family is shunning her.

  Such statements give their followers the false impression that this isn't happening within the JW. Everything you read in the WT publication always points out failures of other religions and when I was in the cult I never took time to judge my own religion as I did others...

  I hope Grags didn't leave the building for he may have already been told that Satan will oppose him learning the truth by using family members or propaganda on the Internet or the media. Such persecution would surely be a proof that he is engaging in the path of rightousness...
