That make s me so mad, I just want rip the J-Dubs head off and look to see if there is a brain that is actually doing more in there than just directing traffic.

i am a 20 year old baptized wittness who for the past year has been trying to do some serious reserach on all the things i have been made to believe in the wt society.it only makes sense that my research should not only include those in the wt publications and so therefore i need some help:
1. what is everyone's thoughts on society not allowing brothers to wear beards?
i read somewhere that russel(society's first prez) had a beard and the second pres( russel) wanted to completely dissassosiate anything having to do with russel and so therefore outlawed against them.

i think that's his name - you know the kid from that show growing pains?
i knew he was in the left behind movie and i think maybe another apocalyptic one, but then i saw him on some evangelical show talking about how to 'witness' to people, spouting a simplistic 'technique' of showing how people are sinners against the 10 commandments and then telling them you can be saved.. one thing that stands out is i could swear his acting in gp was more convincing than this spaced out kinda look he had in this show.

Besides , if you have an issue with the exisistence of hell, then I think you should take it up with Jesus. He spoke more on hell than any other person in the NT. Though I'm sure that you will deny that Jesus said anything about this topic, due to your reading of The Jesus Seminar.

Ray COmfort, the fellow with Kirk Cameron, does his type of open air preaching in Santa Monica on the 3rd St. Promenade.
I have never seen him nor any of the people trained by him act in "Pentecostal" fashion. In fact, I much prefer his style to the style used by the church I attend.
Comfort uses skits, and illustrated sermons, similar to the methods of Jesus in the NT.

After having personally met many rock stars during my late teens (my cousin is connected in the music industry), I came to look at the WT & BS society as a group of nimrods that followed the lead of Tipper Gore and Susan Baker. You remember Tipper, don't you? She is the wife of the former vice-president, and co-founder of the PMRC back in the mid 80's. Susan Baker was husband of former Senator and Reagan chief-of-staff, Howard Baker.
All I did was laugh when I read that drivel. I had all if not most of the albums mentioned, by the WT BS Society. I proudly displayed them.

i am getting news from jws who have attended the district convention that the drama (which is pre-recorded and played to lip-syncing actors) has a demon-possessed woman with a ?demonic voice?.
can anyone confirm this?
it is said to be pretty creepy sound effect and many jws are uncomfortable when they hear it.

Well, last weekend I had absolutely nothing better to do, and I still didn't go and see it.
I feel so useless as a person now. I fear that I never will see it, because my movie viewing time is going to be sucked up by I, Robot, The Village, the movie about the couple left in the middle of the ocean after their excursion boat abandoned them (I foreget the title), Aliens v. Predators.
