I Love Jw.org!!!
by Philadelphia Ponos innext week i was planning on going to bethel to pick up literature in a forgien language so i could start attending meetings and become more fluent in my second language.
well today i discovered on jw.org that the same literature is avalible for download in pdf format with audio read by native speakers!!
this means i won't have to attend any meetings and that i now have a pleothera of print and audio to help me inporve my language skills.

many of these were possible in part because the protesters used social media services like facebook, youtube and twitter to get the word out and let the world know what was going on.
these services are so threatening to many governments that they're blocked in order to control their people.

So according to the Jun 15 WT, Jesus ransom sacrifice only applies to the anointed class a.k.a the GB.
by onemore inive noticed for a while now (especially at the assemblies) the frequent use of the term: jehovahs friends whenever they referr to the second class christian, ahem....great crowd, aka the non-anointed christian with earthly hope.
even in some wt studies they often throw in phrases like seeking friendship with jehovah, our friend jehovah, etc.
so, the subtle message is clear, the great crowd are not children of god, they are friends of god.

George. Ah, I see! No. I wasn't upset........just didn't get the nuance is all.
I am upset however, by the way the WTB$ ask the questions for craptism and one of them is about being craptized into the 'spirit directed ORGANIZATION'!
I don't know why I couldn't see it when I was 'in'. Proof that it's just a business rather than a genuine religion!

Normally the WTB$ have rather convoluted messages about the simplest thing.
The sentance : The basic message about Jesus may not be strange to those who are acquainted with what the Bible says about sin.
Doesn't make sense to me (perhaps I'm a dunce), but it seems to shift from Jesus to Bible to Sin without explaining the connection............is it just me?

The words 'pigeons' 'amongst' and 'cat' spring to mind. The only thing apart from 'meeting clothes' she wears to a$$emb£ies is a 'frown'.
She's as miserable as sin going to meetings. She says it's because me (former elder), won't go with her and the others gossip about her.

I saw a demonstration 'experience' once where a man and wife rolled up onto the a$$emb£y stage with 2 kids and were haied as an 'exemplary' family. They were interviewed about their success in raising the family. APPLAUSE.....etc etc.
HOWEVER............................they had a DF daughter they shunned! That wasn't mentioned. My blood still boils to this day!
