i realize that i avoid using their name for god.. i can say it................. jehovah.
but i'll avoid it almost always..... if i'm talking with you,.
on the rare occasions that i am in conversation with any jdub family,.
I now refer to 'the god of the watchtower'. To me the name 'Jehovah' TM is just their 'brand' name for god. (A bit like Coca Cola being 'the real thing'). They use it to lock victims in to their 'brand loyalty'.
Everything about the WTB$ is just business practice. IE. No beards or no trousers for sisters = dress code for an army of sales people who promote the 'brand'.
Also, if 'Jehovah'TM is god's name and he is our 'father', then why use it? I never called my Dad by his first name it's totally disrespectful.
They simply promote the 'brand' for their business!
some brothers at my last kh just could not pronounce the surnames of other members of our congregation especially african and dutch surnames so they used their first name or an abbreviated version of their first name.. i was wondering why we weren't all called by our first names?

the only time my surname is used outside the kh is by strangers or authority figures so why the use of surnames from the platform by people who would at all other times be using your first name?.

i've obviously lost my faith, that's why i don't feel bad posting here anymore.
i'd probably be disfellowshipped as a division causing, teaching, apostate, faster than you can say "maher-shalal-hash-baz" (isaiah 8:1), should it be found out that i was posting here and did not repent of the things i've said and stop participating in this forum.
