I had doubts on and off but nothing major.
than I became an Elder and the way the show was run disturbed me.
In a 'judicial(tm)' we prayed over a decision then, apparently, got God's own inerrant decision. Why were 7 days given for appeal? Was God wrong. Oh, and by the way, even in those meetings after we prayed and read scriptures, never once did I feel inspired or that God was infusing me with his will. I guess there is no God after all!
i was appointed as a regular pioneer in a certain congregation.
in that congregation, a very obese male pioneer seduced a nice looking married pioneer sister who had two teenage sons.
her husband was a ms. both were df'd.
Nothing 'still' troubles me.

I was a good Elder though. I wasn't liked because I wanted to actually help the 'flock' despite the real need for money over love. I was naive beyond words.

just to put it out there, the whole gender pronouns idea being pushed by the lgbtq+ minorities is just a way to try to hide the sin of homosexuality.
if you can void people talking about your true sexual identity then it seems there is no sin anymore if two they or them of the same sex are together.
example of the coverup: ("i don't identify as either gender"), so the kids i'm raising in a lesbian relationship need not speak of me as a mom or any other female term and we all don't have to feel any stigma attached to the true terms so, any shame we might feel is hidden anyway.
I don't know about homosexuality being a sin, but I do know this.
It would be weird if I called someone by a pronoun to their face.
It's just a load of hogwash fomented by a strange minority.

I quite like the remake of Time Machine. Some odd inconsistencies but a good bit of fun.
Karate Kid with Jackie Chan is fun. Rather silly from a reality standpoint but a bit of fun. Despite being called Karate Kid, it's about Kung Fu.
My all time fave film is from 1941 and is a wartime propaganda-ish film, but a cosy watch, The Ghost Train with Arthur Askey who just gets on your nerves. From a play by Arnold (Dad's Army). Ridley.

There are a few YouPubers that I view but not all of them I warm to. Alex Bellfield seems genuine but I can't help feeling he's not all he seems. He exposes a lot of Police corruption and defecates on the BBC a lot......but there's something that I can't quite put my finger on that seems to leave a bad taste with me.
