  Source material needed because I've never seen one single one that is specific.

  God is slightly harder as the people in the bible automatically assumed God existed - so no need to place explicit evidence upon the case. (too the writers and people of that time, too us its slightly different)

  Then God is either non existent or died. If God is all he/it's cracked up to be, it would reveal itself and hold it's arms out like a loving Father, not hide so that countless lives can be lost arguing about God. The idea honestly sickens me.

  madster - PunkON- the design in all living things is enough! Of course you have science, which teaches you endless accidents are responsible.

  I like the way the word 'design' is slipped in there.

  Not being a spoil sport, but I really don't care about God or no God anymore.

  Neither of the options makes life better or worse. There is no magic in the world.

  nuffy - I think you need to PROVE that God does NOT exist.

  The burden of proof is upon those claiming the existence of something.

  I think you're crow barring recent events into bits from the Bible like we did as JWs.

  If the Bible was from God, it would say what it means in understandable words. Instead we have mumbo jumbo that people interpret differently.

  i wonder how many are like me staying pimo for the great association and gathering etc.

  also find it very interesting having a front row seat watching the collapse of borg.. im not wasting any more time or money on anything i don’t want to do like preaching and mostly just go on zoom .

  there is nothing i want to do that would be considered disfellowshiping sin, i’m married and want to live by bible principles but i have serious doubts that the gb were chosen by god and are his one and only spokesmen on earth.

  Indy - I know you assert these things. All I (and maybe TD), want to see is the evidence. The proof of the claims from sources that are credible. Not from some didlow flat Earther who's out of their tiny Chinese blind.

  If any of them were Swimming Masons, so what? It's only the JWs and crazy conspiracy nuts that think Masons are evil.

  Besides, moon or not, it won't pay my bills or put petrol in my motor. It won't make any of us live longer.

  No disrespects to my posting friends, but I always sigh when I see Scripture blurbed out as if they're real. A bit like like the JWs do. You know, the interpretation will be disagreed with by another 'Christian' from a different Church. To convince me, would be a long road. But, why not try?

  Firstly, Prove the Jesus actually existed. Then you have to prove it was the Bible Jesus. After that, you have to prove that God even exists even if a 'Bible Jesus' claimed thus.

  The problem as I see is, that people have been conned into believing that the Bible is true as the starting point. The starting point should be to ask if the Bible is even credible, not just because of our feelings, but facts.

  Why is the Bible credible but the Quran isn't?

  You've been conned by men in silly hats making big claims. Funny how they have amassed fortune from such claims and none of the rest of us have. We've been the ones giving money.

  It's all a big grift.....a really big con of epic proportions. I'd like to be proven wrong, but there it is.
