  My neighbour's views on J.W's

  i came across a thread on a site for neighbours, which includes quite a wide area really, many square miles containing a lot of villages, and a couple of towns.

  it is so we can swap unwanted goods, inform each other of local crimes and scams etc, and we can vent.. there was a post that said the lady did not want this crap coming through her door, a letter and a tract from a j.w.

  i won't post the thread here , as at least one xjw is on there, but all the comments below her post were anti-jw !

  It was interesting how Non JWs expressed their real feelings about the Jobots after I left the filthy, disgusting cult.

  Suddenly, they were more genuine with me and not 'respecting' my idiotic point of view that was brainwashed in to me by the GB(tm) (PBUT).

  if each governing body(tm) member (pee be upon them), were offered a few million quid/bucks each to rescind the barbaric 'no whole blood' rule?.

  Mousy - Once you get to those levels of the org (anyone appointed to RBC/circuit or other multi-congregation work can attest to this) there are a ton of things you have to see through that no sane person could honestly accept if they are true God-fearing Christians.

  I can attest to this. That's why I'm no longer a Jobot.

  This is a valid observation.

  J-man - I think many of the opponents of JWs (whether exJWs themselves or not) underestimate this factor, perhaps because they assume that because they no longer believe the theology (and possibly never did), then none of the leadership do either.

  Yes. I actually think that could be my thoughts. I don't think the GB(TM) (PBUT), believe their own lies and corrupt filth.

  But what if they do.

  we seem to have had an influx of religiots - the people who want to tell us all about how we / the wts / whoever are wrong, wrong, wrong about everything and how right they are.

  they obviously have special insight, or voices (probably voices, right?

  ) telling them the real truth.. as proof, there is inevitably a wall of random scripture references and quotes.. sorry, but we're not here for that.

  do you remember the jw.org book of revelation and how many times we had to study it?

  in retrospect, all those hours turned out to be for nothing, the explanation of the prophecies is now completely outdated..
