  Hospital Stay

  hello everyone: came home yesterday and what a relief on both sides involved..6 days total due to diabetic blisters that got infective real bad and i tore myself away from my webtv to spend the last 6 days at a local hospital trying to clear it up hooked up to an iv pumping antibiotics in my veins 24/7...now i am home for home cookin -- hospitals do not cook to my tastebuds..among other things and also back to my webtv..(((((hugs to all))))

  I do not know, Larry. Not as a sworn on fact, but I believe I know "women" in general enough to know that they do NOT like being spoken to in that way. I also believe I know enough about Prisca to know that she would not have laughed! If "I" I am wrong, I will apologise to you.

  That will not change the fact that I find your manner offensive. That is NOT jugmentalism, it IS offensive. Take a murderer for example...and you say " I think he is a great guy for what he did", I come along and disagree with you.....is that judging you? No! It is stating my opinion.

  Since when has it been a crime to stand up for others.....I do not think Prisca has seen what you have written. It is for all of the women on this forum that I wrote what I did; not only Prisca....

  So, Larry.....how about we poll this...eh??????

  That remark to Prisca was totally uncalled for! It wasn't fun, or even funny. It was degrading! Prisca's comment was "meant" to be humorous; yours was not, and I take offense to the way that you speak to women on this forum!

  i don't know about the rest of you here, although i have a fairly good idea, but the idea that the wtbts can crawl it's way out of paying any taxes really makes me feel .

  Thanks for the information and the link you provided, but it has been a long time for me since I was in the WTBTS.

  Way back then, the JW's did not consider themselves a "religion" so to speak.
  Has this changed???

  Therein lies the confusion.....they are a religion when it financially suits their corporation, and are NOT a religion when asked by outsiders.
