  Open letter to Shari / Lilacs

  i thought long and hard before i wrote this .

  but there are some things that have been bothering me, so i'm going to them off my chest.

  i'm sure this will p*ss you off,so be it.. i know it's hard being a single parent, and working all the time.

  What amazed me after the total disgust I felt, was the fact that you appear to know less of Shari than some of us.
  For one thing, Shari has frequently.....yes, frequently had to cut our chats short for the purpose of seeing to the kids..or going to work!!!!
  Yes!!! She works. Yes, she's a single mother!!! But she's one hell of a lady; more than you'll ever be in your wildest dreams.

  Shari has shared a lot with me, and I with her, and I can say one thing for a dead certainty. Shari is one of the nicest, kindest, most caring people I have ever met on the internet.
  And guess what else I know, NotOK??? She LOVES her children!

  You sad piece of miserable work.

  My Father Died

  i just found out my father died today...he had a heart attack in the middle of the night.

  he was 63, one month shy of his 64th birthday.

  my 1/2 brother, age 19, who has been living with him trying to get off drugs, found him in his bed.

  in a certain circuit, all elders are jerks.. 1/2 of all the ministerial servants are also jerks.. 1/2 of all the jerks in that circuit are elders.. there are 40 elders are 46 ministerial servants.. no elder is a ministerial servant.. 1/2 of the number of jerks who are not elders or ministerial servants are pedophiles.. how many pedophiles are there in that circuit?.

  Dear Flower,

  I won't throw you out. A lot of us are a lot more fragile than we care to admitt sometimes. Your post was a good one and explained a lot. Sadly, the road you are on now is one that we have all been down, and the wounds still exist.

  If someone leaves a chatroom ect...maybe it's in tears. I have done this, and I am sure a lot of others have as well. It isn't YOU, it's our own pain.

  I've Cried for Days

  i have been separated from the jws now for 4 years.

  the first year, i went into a deep and severe clinical depression.

  i think that's what happens when you are 3rd generation jw, born and raised.

  Thanks for sharing your story. But like SS said, you may lose more yet.
  I've lost everyone that was in my life. I've gone on..a long way, but there is a deep, deep sadness that I don't think will ever completely go away forever.

  Just know this, you are not alone here. Many of us have come to know you a little already...as much as you want to let us know you. That's ok too. No one here "has" to know everything about a person.

  Just be yourself that you are now, and if more of you comes out....that's ok too. Take time...and Shari is a lovely lady to confide in.
