As i said it's in finnish but you could use Google Translate to get the gist of it. It was prominently featured in the weekend as the main article on their website, www.hs.fi. It's an interesting article, it contains enough factual background information about the 1914 fiasco, Russell, Rutherford, JW's lying about shunning in public whilst encouraging it, judicial committees, etc to keep it interesting but not to bore readers with unnecessary details. And it mentions by address all the main Finnish language apostate websites. It is the same, if The New York Times Magazine mentioned www.jehovahs-witness.net and jwfacts.com in an article.
I brought this article up with some friends as soon as it came up, the feeling is that nobody really cares. They just shrug it off as apostate propaganda.
Another possibly negative thing is that the Minister of Interior Affairs ("Home Secretary") and the Justice Minister both made comments that if somebody feels they have been wronged by JWs they should make a report to the Police so that the authorities could investigate the matter properly. The interior minister belongs to the Christian Democratic Party. I can already hear JW's crying "religious persecution"... anyway, here are links to what they said:

Look up "BSCC" on this site, short for "Bible School for Christian Couples". It's not marriage counselling, it's WT brainwashing course for couples wanting to reach out. Sort of Gilead lite for those who always dreamed of going to Gilead but never made it. Also with the difference that afterwards, you should be ready and willing to be sent somewhere - on your own expense... unless if you're sent there as a Special Pioneer. Most are not assigned as Special Pioneers but they keep that possibility as an incentive to lure couples in.

That's exactly what keeps many of us in. Years of wasted life. "Fear of man" - fear of losing face - in this case amongst the friends or family. Oh, the irony. I'm mentally done with the Watchtower. My wife and family still 110% fanatical witnesses. And I have to keep up appearances for the time being. Slowing down as much as I possibly can, of course... Not sure as of yet what the final price of walking out would be in my case.

WTBTS is obsessed with numbers. More pioneers = more hours, more mag placements, more studies. But mainly, more hours.
Like our secretary. He hates my guts and is very aware that I fake my hours. But as long as my report comes on time and the hours are enough he's happy and keeps off my back. If not... he gets pretty annoyed and i get to feel the "love". I just try to keep my head down... in the end nobody cares about how things really are, they only care about how everything looks like.

Yeah, 1/8th of publishers are reg. pioneers. The stats are in pages 176-177 of the latest yearbook.
I have been a regular pioneer for more than 10 years now. Since learning TTATT, I have not been able to push myself to go to ministry any more. So, out of the 60-80 hours per month that i report, i do maybe 1-3 hours of actual ministry, out of that time maybe one minute of actual talking to anybody. Some months not even that. Just cant lie to people. To WTBTS i can lie to, easily. They deserve it.
My wife is a zealot, though. An example for others to follow. Always the first to speak everywhere. Known by everybody in the circuit. She knows how I feel about JWs and the GB. But she has a model JW mindset, mentally lazy, and refusing to face the facts, sticking her head in the sand. Loving the adulation that comes with the title. I have been slowly trying to prepare her for the time when i am no longer "a pioneer" but that always ends badly...
i have to say, i don't think the last couple of years have been that good for the spectacle of f1.
there have been quite a few good races and moments but red bull and vettel winning all the time ... well, it get's a bit boring.. tomorrow is the last grand prix of 2013 in brazil before major changes to the cars for 2014. back to turbo engines (but tiny 1.6 litre ones!
) and much more focus on efficiency and energy recovery.
