  Jeez! It's crazy how you have to walk on eggshells just to meet the requirements of this cult! All those ridiculous rules and regulations that suppress human nature just to remain in that disgusting beth-hell mess.

  I've never been to beth-hell, but they were known for acting crazy at parties due to being so suppressed for the rest of the week.

  I heard of of beth-hellites getting booted out for waking up late.....not that you can blame them considering they have to wake up at ridiculously early times every morning and partake in heavy indoctrination before the day even starts.

  I know of one beth-hellite who loved some beth-hell booty and got two "sisters" pregnant around the same time. Obviously they didn't let him remain for much longer lol.

  i've been planning on going to this foreign langauge district convention for over a year and because some genius in new york planned it on july 4th weekend all the hotel prices have been jacked up making it impossible for me to attend.

  Mcdonalds and IHOP (we don't have IHOP in the UK though) seem to be the worse lol. In Mcdonalds I've seen everything from attempted robberies to attempted murders. Something in those nuggets makes people cuckoo bananas.

  Just found out a Witness works with me-ruined my day

  i work in an elementary school as a very low paid teacher's aide.

  of course, most of the staff are teachers who are paid three times my salary and have at least a college degree, many with a master's.

  every day i have to face the fact that i followed the "godly wisdom" from the gb and didn't get higher education (except the degree equivalent from reading all the wts and awakes-i haven't gone to personnell to see how that would work out).. this morning, a fellow aide that i rarely see was coming in the door at the same time i was.

  Yep, that sounds about right. Tell them you're inactive and they'll look at you like you just told a vulgar joke and their demeanor suddenly changes. Just remember, you don't owe her any explanations at all.

  Personally, if I know I have the misfortune of working with a witness then I've got nothing to say to the individual if it doesn't involve work matters. I'll be civil as far as it goes of course, but we ain't gonna be buddies. They couldn't be warm and friendly when I was in the "truth", I'm not gonna humour them in any setting.

  Apostates part from 2011 DC Symposium

  i just got through listening to the part on apostates.

  .

  they basically ignored any true questions or critisisms in favor of an ad hominem character attack on apostates.. they made the assertion that "apostates" are 1-prideful, 2-ingrateful, 3-impatient.. anyone that's listened care to discuss the part?.
