  i was just wondering if this was the largest xjw forum on the internet.

  what other large ones exists?.

  if this is the largest xjw forum, watchtower people in brooklyn and even elders must have a look at this site quite often..

  Yes I think it is the largest!!!! I also belong to beyondjw it is much smaller, but you get to know more people because of its size. I have to agree with you that the boys in Brooklyn would monitor this board.

  i just got offered my dream job!

  i made it through two successful interviews and today they called me and said i got the job!

  i'll make about $10,000 a year more than i am now!

  Do you get yearly visits from the elders?

  my sister just got a visit from the elders.

  this was the first visit in 10 years.

  an inactive friend told me they are supposed to visit every year.

  How many have multiple degrees on this forum?

  sometimes i think life was so much easier under the feudel system..... .

  well, i'm still deciding on a career.

  have i made much progress since my thread about teaching a few months ago?

  I have one degree, and it took me sometime to achieve this due to being raised in the borg. I am glad that I went back even though it was real hard being a single mom with three kids. I have a BA in counseling. I would have to agree with whoever said that if you already have a degree how about pursuing a graduate degree. I personally could go much further with a MSW.

  Single and Happy

  can people be single and happy?

  the older i get the more i believe that being single is the way to go.there are so many advantages.just to name a few;.

  you can finish that college degree, go to the neighborhood bar anytime, do charity work, join a night class, stay out all night, flirt with anybody you please.

  Well I truly have the best of both worlds. I have been married for years, but my husband has his own place to live. He works nights..I work days. It works out much better that we see each other when we are both free. It makes it exciting when I know he is going to be home. He has his own space and I have mine. I love this arrangement it is the best!!!!
