  i like how it looks in other people but not for myself.. this is a phrase i have heard often from my wife.

  now i am to a point where i am trying to figure it out if this is something all women do or say.

  i can understand how you would say this if you were talking about a type of clothing that doesn't go with your figure, except that you may add the disclaimer... "if i had that figure i would wear this".

  StarTrekAngel, I know exactly what your wife means. I'm like that with neckwear for some reason. I love them and how many women wear them and a little silk scarf can look so utterly feminine. But if I try to put one on, I feel as though I look like it doesn't belong to me. Despite people saying how great it looks and how much it suits me, I can't see it and I don't know why. I think its improving because people have bought me nice neckwear and I've had to wear it and although I feel really self conscious, a few compliments and I start to feel more comfortable.

  So next time, perhaps buy your wife something that isn't wildly beyond her comfort zone and make sure the compliments flow when she wears it. Your confidence in how much it will suit her might help her to try something new if deep down she might like to.

  What made me laugh was how the child in the first scene was allowed to be an equal participant, and they showed her prominently as a black silhouette like the others. Then in the second one, a sister stood like a nodding dog, greyed out into the background. Rendered entirely speechless by the presence of an almighty penissed being.

  Very Weird Experience During Recent Special Talk After Memorial

  hesitantly i attended this talk with my family and sat through it without batting an eye.. mentally i take myself out during the entire meeting some would describe this as daydreaming or zoning out.

  whatever the case may be, for some reason this particular speaker, whom i know of but not personally, got my attention the way he would say certain phrases.

  he cited some texts that directly advised the audience that faith in christ was the only way to salvation.

  One of our eldubs always said 'dear heavenly father' repeatedly in his prayers, but muttered it so fast it sounded like 'devonly father'

  Just weird. The sad thing is, at the time it didn't make me laugh because I was so 100% drunk on the koolaid I was more concerned about him not representing us well in prayer! Scary.

  this is something i have been very interested in these days, neurogenesis.

  i have been doing something things that have increased my neurogenisis as it has many benefits to make life more enjoyable.

  i'm hearing rumours of huge changes within the berkshire circuit here in the uk .

  congregations being dispanded and kingdom halls closing down and being sold off.... official announcements within the next month apparently .

  does anyone else have anymore info?.

Scripture says "there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or oain" To defend this impossible to believe statement, Lana adds her own take on it to throw some ambiguity into the mix "there will not be excessive death or sorrow or crying or pain"
  So God couldn't inspire Bible writers to catch exactly what he meant? But of course he knew Lanalonger would happen along in 2016 and know precisely what he was on about and enlighten us all.
  Seriously though Lovely Lana, narcissistic much. And you never did reveal whether you are counting your time on here, but I really think you'd be better off peddling your WT trash D2D.     Sorrow is defined as deep distress, which is a choice we sometimes make when we hold to an emotion which could pass if we allow it. To not feel the passing of a creature we are fond of would be robotic, to suffer over the inevitable would be unnecessary. I simply believe there will be a middle ground. God is described as being able to be saddened, to feel regret, etc. but he doesn't suffer.

    If perfection meant 'no emotional range' it would stand to reason God would have none. I believe it will mean 'psychologically healthy.'

  Lana precious, you are at it again with your WT styley pseudo-reasoning techniques. The Bible clearly states that certain negative emotions will simply not be part of the perfect human experience. In Lana's humble opinion, however, the Bible has insufficient weight without her running commentary. Even if said running commentary contradicts the scripture under discussion. I call you precious because you are truly freakin' priceless!
