  there is a prayer often recited by people in various types of recovery programs called the serenity prayer.

  here the short version:.

  well for me, im still IN, although i now know "TTATT"

  i find serenity by accepting that all of us sins, everyone JW or non-JW

  attending meetings at the KH is the same as reading forums like this one

  i only attend meetings for fellowship and not for doctrine, i open this forum and the like for knowledge and not for doctrine

  i like to select only few lines from that prayer which i find it helpful to me or to anyone else

  Accept the things I cannot change

  Living one day at a time
  Enjoying one moment at a time

  ---- these three lines were real to me, they were all i needed to give me peace

  The Watchtower Penitentiary

  learning the truth about the watchtower society can be very painful for a number of reasons.

  first, it is so disconcerting to realize that the core of your existence and the foundations of your beliefs are false that it can throw you for a real loop.

  as witnesses we are so confident in all of the answers we have been given, to questions that we never asked, that we mentally put ourselves up on a pedestal above the masses of poor, blind, wicked humanity.

  Is there really a faithful and wise servant?

  matthew 24 answers when will be the time of the end, reading the context will lead us to realized that the time when son of god will come is unknown to anyone, coming just like a thief,.

  now mat 24:45-51 talks about "a servant" given authority by their master to head all other servants.

  it says that when the servant is wise and faithful, as giving food at a proper time, then he will be given charge to all possesions of the master.

  the text IS NOT A PROPHECY but an illustration

  Witnesses have long known and is teaching this text as a PROPHECY and to further their claim that there is FDS in their own organization, even putting God in a box and owning Him as if God is their servant that they the the only ones to be saved

  so to conclude we need to anser first if IS there really a faithful and discreet slave? before ansering WHO they are

  If you have the gift of the Spirit, you will undertand it perfectly

  Trinity is an interpretation of man to somehow explain what was in the Bible, it may be true

  The whole thing is not worthy of debate or interpretation, whether you believe in trinity or not

  What matters is your FAITH, and faith is not based on Bible, faith is a gift and you only need to accept it

  so keep asking so it may be given to you
