  Daughter of Elder Reinstated Within Months!

  a young sister in my husband's congregation who is the daughter of an elder has been reinstated in a matter of months.

  whereas another sister in the same congregation has been disfellowshipped now for nearly two years!.

  seems like it's who you know..

  Reserve currencies and China.

  in october 2015 there will be a huge move likely to include china into the worlds "reserve currencies".. this is likely to see a run on the us dollar and trading that is done in us dollars.. i am not predicting gloom but it will impact on all of us and perhaps may be behind the obsession of the wt to stack up as much real estate and the green stuff as they can..

  IF the dollar flushes, a mountain of it won't be worth a roll of toilet paper. It becomes completely worthless as a currency.

  am finding a whole lot of acronyms that are really foreign to me and i now have an appreciation for what cult language sounds like to non-culters.

  wondering please if you can post your definitions so i can get up to speed.

  otherwise, as an indoctrinated ex-culter, i am inclined to create my own new light and swiftly it will be gospel.

  has no one else seen this illustration in today's watchtower?

  i don't know how to post it on here perhaps someone will help?.

  i swear its straight out of the lion king, the scene were scar throws mufasa into the stampede "long live the king" that scene.. i wonder how many jw kids will be picking up on this today?

  Lorenzo, me thinks you have that reversed.

  It's the woman's seed that crushes the head while the serpent's seed goes after the heels. The woman is not Satan, nor an analogy of him.

  He's talking to "the serpent" in verse 14, 15, (ie "thy & thou").

  Genesis 3:13-15 KJVS

  And the Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

  ok..before you start no i don't watch them but my family have a never ending need to watch "how i met your mother" and endless repeats of "friends" .

  canned laughter, one liners with pause so those of lesser brain can catch the 'humour'.

  i have to put up with the sound track.. thank god for the abc classic fm-radio.

  Are the Governing Body Members Mentally Ill?

  data-dog: i believe that many of them would actually be considered mentally ill, if they were ever tested.. .

  great question and intriguing hypothesis.

  lets take an armchair psychologists view and see what we shall see.
