  just a thought with all the "stuff" going on.. please do not misunderstand my feeling and heartache that our nation is experiencing.

  it is truly tragic.

  death of anyone anywhere touches me more so from time to time depending on me.. but i just wanted to mention something that hit me this morning that i heard the spirit recall to me.. yes, this event was a tragic instant explosion.. and the fact still remains on who exactly to point the finger at.. we watch the same thing almost daily these days, atrocities happening and mass destruction to our fellowman, some our brothers (or potential) and it is truly like a movie to us (some of us).

  Hi, interesting thoughts.

  Babylon the Great is something that has many people guessing at it. Some say the catholic church, some, like yourself say the USA, some say the UK, some say ALL religion.

  This is my understanding (which may or may not be correct).

  Looking at Revelation 18

  Babylon the Great (BtG) FELL, and became a dwelling place for demons. She committed fornication. Which means that BtG once was loyal to Jah, but "fell" and spiritually fornicated with the nations.

  Verses 4-6 warns to God's people to get out of her.

  She glorified herself and lives in shameless luxury - yes, she sits as a queen, mistakenly thinks she will never be a widow, and she will never see mourning.

  The Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses, and the "anointed", sits as "queen", mother organisation above Jehovahs Witnesses, she still thinks she is in God's favour, she thinks she will pass into paradise. However, in one day her plagues will come, as the beast she committed fornication with, the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, turns on her and devours her.

  Biblical support for BtG being those annointed who prove false to their claims: Matthew 23:33-39. Notice how Jesus told the Pharisees that how they behave is how the blood of all the rightous spilled comes to be upon them?

  Maybe im wrong here... but there has been a disgusting "counterfeit" standing in a holy place for 70 years now. The Watchtower Bible & Tract society. Maybe this is not the same thing though.

  for those of who don't care for a counter strike or killing those who committed this horrendous crime - how would you go about stopping terrorisim and punish the wrongdoers if you were president?.

  Lock them in a room with singing Geri Halliwell. They will be begging for mercy and forgiveness in a few seconds.

  Seriously, there is not a thing we can do. The stage has been set, the seed has been planted, now all that left is for war to blossom. Its not right and its not fair. There is NO NEED for it.

  As Obi-wan says "You cannot win, but there are alternatives to fighting".

  Wisdom is the answer. But, does the US government possess any? Lets hope and pray they do.

  Interesting information regarding Babylon the Great.

  Read Revelation 18:24: "Yes, in her was found the blood of prophets and holy ones and of all those who have been slaughtered on the earth"

  There is cross-references in that verse refers to Matthew 23:37

  Matthew 23:33-37 is very interesting... read it. Then think. Which people today are comparable to the pharisees?

  Also, in verse 35 there is a cross reference that links straight back to Revelation 18:24.

  Its quite obvious who Babylon the Great refers to. It is the ones who profess to be annointed, but they dont prove true to their claims. It is NOT the "world empire of false religion" as they claim, the false religions comprise the first beast, in Revelation 13.

  That was the old law. Is not the new law based on love, mercy, forgiveness?

  Im sure that the old law was there, so people would learn to love and forgive, but they used the law to trap each other... JUST LIKE THE JEHOVAHS WITNESSES.

  Christ fulfilled the law, yet he kill no-one, he stoned no-one, he loved, forgave, had mercy etc etc.

  But when do the US & world governments take notice of Christ, except when it benefits their own means?

  I STILL cant understand the need for war.

  Why not arrest and try the people who are ALLEGEDLY guilty. WHY bomb other countries?

  For once, Saddam Hussein said something worth listening to (actually, I have always had doubts about him being as bad as made out), that Bush should use wisdom and not military force in sorting this out.
