Will the Beast turn on WTS?

many of you have said that the wts is babylon the great and feel that the prophecy in revelation will be fulfilled on the wts.

the book of revelation says that this babylon the great will go down into destruction because the wild beast will turn on her.

it also said that god will put that thought into the wild beast to carry out this action.. that is why in one day her plagues will come, death and mourning and famine, and she will be completely burned with fire, because jehovah god, who judged her, is strong.. if the wts is the babylon the great of the book of revelation then this will be its demise.

The WTS is not Babylon the Great. Who is?

Matthew 23 describes the woes to scribes & Pharisees. In verse 34-35 Jesus explains how the blood of all the righteous slain from Abel to Zechariah comes to be upon their hands. The cross reference goes to Revelation 18:24, which describes Babylon the Great.

Pharisees were those who claimed to be true followers of Jah, but proved false to their claims. They were hypocrites. Likewise, the self professed annointed christians, including the Governing Body, and the "annointed remnant", these are the ones who are claiming to be true Christians but proving false to their claims.

They would rather ride the beast of their religion than serve God in spirit and truth. However Jah will put it in the heart of their golden calf "god", the Watchtower, who will turn on them and devour them.

The WTS will be thrown alive into the lake of fire. By this time all the good hearted people will have left, and it will be full of wickedness, worthy of everlasting destruction.

I wouldnt worry about the United Nations personally, they do more good for humans in a day than the WTS have ever done in their history.

i've been lurking here for a while now, posted a handful of times, but this board has had a profound effect on me.. i have just finished reading coc which i would never have even heard of if it wasn't for this board.. anyway, in light of everything i have learned here, i have been waiting expectantly for the next unsuspecting jw's to knock on my door, just so i can er, 'enlighten' them.. about 15 minutes ago, just that happened.

i answered a knock on my door to be confronted by two jw's.

one of them i remembered vaguely from a neighboring cong, and the other was someone i knew pretty well from my old cong.. so what did i do?

What Is Your "TRUE " JWD Personality?

a lot of us have gotten a kick out of those online personality tests.. we have also seen threads started from time to time that ask the question, why are you here?.

it would be good from time to time to ask our some questions and do some self-analization.. now we have a tool we can use to see if we are being honest with others and ourselves.. click on members at the top of the page and check on your self from time to time.. are we a positive influence or a negative one?.

if you think your not interested or dont care thats fine but dont be shocked when your past history comes and bites you on the ass.. i am glad to have this tool now so i can self regulate myself and can also use it to find out if a person is being honest,or basically up to no good.. i think we will see a little of every thing here.. some types i notice without even looking are,.

Cross or Torture Stake?

do we have any non-biblical evidence that would show how criminals were executed during jesus' day?

i beleive the cross was used for our saviour.

Can you imagine how Jesus must feel that people are arguing over what he died on? Thats just silly.

if the author of the book of matthew can be believed, jesus left no doubt about when the apocalypse would occur.

it would be before all of jesus' disciples died, even before his disciples would be able to spread the good word to all of the cities of israel.

since all of the disciples are dead and the apocalypse hasn't occurred, we must conclude that matthew was wrong and that the bible is in error.

the article has the front cover title of the golden rule is it still practical?.

the first paragraph says as follows....... those words were spoken nearly two thousand years ago by jesus christ in his famous sermon on the mount.

in the centuries since, much has been said and written about that simple statement.

Who cares WHAT he died on... no matter what it was, be it a cross, stake, lump of wood, whatever... its not the instrument that killed him we are supposed to remember, would you continually like to be reminded of the weapon / method used to kill you? Surely whatever he died on is detestable to Christ?

You need to get your priorities sorted out. Read John 6:48-58 for how Jesus wanted to be remembered.

Matthew 17:10-11 you claim you fulfill. However, what about what comes immediately after those 2 verses, namely the following:

"However I say to YOU that Elijah has already come and they did not recognise him but did with him the things they wanted. In this way the Son of man is destined to suffer at their hands. Then the disciples percieved that he spoke to them about John the Baptist"

The JW's in JULY... get that month... JULY TOOK UPON THEMSELVES, not Jah giving them, but they PRESUMPTUOUSLY TOOK UPON THEMSELVES the title of "Jehovah's Witnesses". As another poster said before, if indeed Jah was backing the JW's then CEASERS LAW WOULD NOT AFFECT HIS ARRANGEMENT. You are basing your dates upon CAESERS LAW. The 70th anniversary passed a few months ago... in the summer. Not october.

Why, tell me, should we turn to another man BESIDES Christ? After Christ warned us NOT to?

The JW's dont even know Christ. They do not partake of his memorial as commanded in the gospel of John. So, if the JW's are not even under the covenant, how can they transgress it to the point of worthlessness? The JW's are simply sheep scattered and thrown about. Except the self-proclaimed "annointed" class, including the Governing Body - "Babylon the Great", modern day pharisees.

John 14:15-17, 16:12-14 refer to the Holy Spirit, right? If not, then explain EXACTLY how you fulfill it.

MDS, upon "testing the inspired expression" as we are advised to do, I have found your "inspired expression" to be false. However, I would appreciate you to answer my points.
