Are we Gods cruel little joke?!

so god shares the gift of life and creates his son and myriads of other powerful angels.

they share eternity with him.

Nicolau, you fail to understand that amidst all that crap we have to face, we get to have sex. Sex is even envied by angels.

Genesis 6:1,2 6 When human beings began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, 2 the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose.

Also, remember that fall made us sickly, we aren't inherently that way. Yes, death only exists because an angel turned snake made a dumb-butt eat a fruit. No, forget animals naturally dying. Forget evolution. The Bible provides all the answers. If you cease to question it, and simply accept it, you will grow to love the provision given to us.

The angels envy us and our incredible bodies because they cannot materialize. Woe to you angels, and your passing through matter!

JW Study, close to baptism, begins to ask questions following our conversation

i will keep this brief.. a jw study who recently contacted me on facebook, has been to the elder's following a conversation with me in where i outlined my reasons for leaving the wt society.. he originally started asking me why i wasn't a jw anymore and how important it was that i returned to the 'truth' and how the devil was ruling the world and turning people against jehovah's people etc etc.

he was, as you would expect, full of beans and enthusiastic about what he was learning and telling me how he couldn't wait to get baptised now.. he was studying years ago - that is how i knew him.

since then he has been off doing his own thing and now they have managed to rope him back again.. i have explained to him that i do not believe that jw's have the truth, sent him video's, and other evidence, about the paedophilia situation, un scandal, links to the mason's, changed doctrines regarding blood/generation and so forth.. he sent me a reply and said that he wasn't sure anymore and that he agreed with me that the wt society was controlling.

i've just completed a lengthy article on the history of racism in the society's publications.

many people (including myself, until recently) aren't aware that the society's early publications were brimming with racist rhetoric, and this only calmed down as the public mood towards racism changed, most notably with the civil rights movement in the 50s/60s.. a few "headliners" from the article are:.

russell segregated blacks from whites for viewings of the photodramarussell believed that the skin of a black man would turn white during the millennial kingdomunder russell, the society's publications portrayed the black races as "degraded" and the white race as "superior"rutherford viewed the blacks as a "race of servants", and spoke of "sobering the southern negro" in an article against prohibitionunder rutherford, the golden age slammed uncle tom's cabin (a work that helped end slavery) as being "the work of satan"; the same article branded spaniards a "backwards race"rutherford accused "jewish business men" of "oppressing the peoples of many nations"in 1929 the golden age (acknowledged by the society as essentially the same magazine as the modern awake!

i attended a funeral on the weekend, and my friend asked me to go up with her for the wafer (no disrespect intended, i'm not sure of the correct term to use).

she is rc herself, but was shy to walk up alone - it was a large funeral.. .

i did not, because i have been told in the past that it would be very disrespectful.

Cedars, if I'm not mistaken, the Society criticized the Civil Rights movement as well. Don't take my word for it, but researching that would be nice as well.

Saved my life!!!, May 5, 2012

Wow. This must sound crazy but this book saved my life. Before reading this book my life was a wreck and I was considering ending it. I found this book and bought it. It was my last hope and I was not disappointed. After learning various techniques on how to properly constrict my anus I started trying it out. It was amazing!! Only two weeks later I had lost 50 pounds and got a job in politics. now I'm happily married and have adopted two African children. I have invested in a new time travel technology which has been very profitable and am running for house in 2014 and 1982! JWfacts, you obviously don't realize that true worship will continue down through the Millenial Reign, and as such, places of worship need to be in impeccable state to please the perfect Jehovah.

True worship, albeit modest, must also be adorned for the glory of God.
