Cowardly Change of Policy in the UK
by Slidin Fast inthe britain branch has called a confidential meeting tonight with a controversial announcement.
the message is of such import that it was transmitted by word of mouth only, nothing in writing, ears only.
a decision made by the governing body of jehovah's witnesses and transmitted orally down the chain of command, a decision proving the leadership of this spirit lead body.. the gdpr laws in the uk have been interpreted by wt lawyers so that all record keeping relating to the public has been banned, telephone witnessing and letter writing also, forbidden.. now in a show of supreme bravado the publishers are to be informed that if they wish to, if they dare, they may write to people at their own risk.. bear in mind, nothing is in writing.

Pistolpete - there is software that is used to monitor truck drivers to tell when they are sleepy at the wheel. Presumabley the owner of the truck company did not design the software, just gets the infomation it collects. Therefore, I think WT might get access to software it can use to monitor people's faces and discern how they are listening/engaging.

“let them deal with the sin and the authorities handle the crime,” he told a hearing in london.. lloyd evans, another former elder who now campaigns against religious fundamentalism, said: “this is a group that feels they are answerable only to god … they don’t feel as though they need to yield to any regulations that are imposed on them.”.

@phizzy, it’s not going to happen Mandatory Reporting has been considered many times in the UK and consistently rejected, for many good reasons. Don’t get too excited!

the consequence of which was to start from scratch and re-register.
on doing so i looked at the small print and noted that the bank was obliged to include a passage on the modern slavery act of 2015. the purpose of which is not simply to avoid and exclude complicity with human trafficking but to treat all customers, staff and business partners with appropriate human consideration and dignity.

No, it’s just because they don’t because it ISN’T a requirement, they aren’t legally obliged to do so. Many charities voluntarily publish a policy, CCofJW chooses not to.

None of the above, people prefer to read online and it’s much cheaper to deliver. The halls will all be open post COVID. Control and contributions won’t work with a video only model.

- arranged and photographed perfectly, like something come out of North Korea ??? Or any other publication that publishes photographs
