  The refusal to support the justice system in prosecuting this sick bastard is WORSE than the abuse . . . at least justice could help with the healing . . . poor kid. Now she's facing a new nightmare.

  And what's this bullshit . . . .

  The ministers said it is the religious belief and practice of Jehovah's Witnesses, based upon Scripture and tradition, that elders must maintain in strict confidence any church communications connected with spiritual counseling and that congregants expect their communications to elders will remain confidential.

  I had Elders from other congregations regularly spouting details freely of their so-called confidential communications . . . like their doing it for "the sake of the congregation" . . . lying pricks!

  This just makes my blood boil.

  War and violence are about money, power, and controlling people.

  Heaven . . .

  Recent times tell us this phenomenon is not gender specific . . .

  I think of people such as Hillary Clinton, Pelosi, Palin, Allbright, Rice, Thatcher . . .

  The current Prime Minister of Australia is Julia Gillard . . . Aust commits it's military to Afghanistan, Iraq, Timor.

  The Prime Minister of New Zealand for 12 years, Helen Clark, also committed military to Afghanistan Iraq and Timor.

  While it's true that the male gender has dominated . . . I think Dr Adams summation . . .

  "All the problems in the world are due to men."

  is a slight overstatement really.

  Humans tend to behave in similar ways when GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY . . . the nature of men provides them more opportunity to control

  You and Solomon may well have had similar experiences from a different point of view.

  So why is it always the woman's fault?

  It's plainly not . . . but my point is, it's futile looking to apportion blame, especially gender based, when all Humans display poor judgement resulting in harm to others when given the opportunity.

  Changing the words around won't fix that . . . or was that your point?

  Ahhhh . . . so let me get this straight Syl . . .

  The WTS have completely missed the bus when slapping together their fancy NWT . . . and in the course of trying to explain their own rendition, they have mystified themselves to the point where they figure Solomon must actually have been referring to Jesus Christ . . . who was not to appear for some 300 odd more years. This makes complete sense to me now.

  Let me get this straight . . . you have had your day spoiled by some zealous JW without an off switch

  Well . . . you've come to the right place . . . they spoiled my day at one time too . . . actually about 10,950 of them

  Occasionally there are some JW "apologists" here . . . but there not into "apologising" . . . unless you accept a Free Home Bible Study that is . . . but this is not a course I would recommend.
