Hi Soeren,
Of course you (mis)used the situation. As usual, always in a hurry to shoot before taking aim and hereby shooting your foot off...
As usual, you know little and write too much.

hi folks .
a guy named cyril lykkebo malka, who made a lot of trouble with the danish support group for ex-jws, is making trouble for every ex-jw website who carries material printed by the danish christian newspaper "kristelig dagblad".. malka, it seems, seeks up these sites, and the journalist sends threats to the webowners about removing the material.. on malka's own website, http://www.malka.dk you will find that this joker steals material as anybody else, and he's been stealing lots of material from the watchtower observer, like documents from the hlc, pay attention, and other material.. he never tells anyone where he got the material, but he does write some interesting stuff:.
he publishes material printed in african newspapers (translated), and tells his readers kristelig dagblad has printed this story "slightly changed"!.

Sren,
You are again talking bullshit (maybe people will get use to it?)
There has never been any legal action against www.f-a-r.dk. We have a lot of domains and we had moved to France. Our domain name had to be renewed and dk-hostmaster had not our new address then. So the domain was taken down. The time to find out of it, to find out of what happened, to pay, etc. it took about a month's time. This is why we moved it to www.f-a-r.org, which is much easier to administrate.
Nothing on the site has been taken down or changed an inch. We are not sued and there has never been any problems.
Now I think people should be aware that you, here again, agree with and support Scientology, which is the group having troubles with me (you bet!) and which is the "minority" which big, bad, ugly France is bothering so much.
It is important that people who are reaching for help know which side you're on and how far you are ready to go to try to hurt others... As far as Scientology... Again...
Yes, we are glad and proud to know that people like you and Scientology finds us bad, evil, terrible and else...
Nice green color, you have...

as i said in a previous message, the president of mils, alain vivien in his new parlament report on sects, is plaining to classify jw a religion (the exact term "association confessionnel").
if this would be left done it would be another victory for jw and other european countries might follow the example.
somebody (malka) called this a "fake".
Yes, Jacques Luc writes very good articles and works quite seriously.
And we can happily see, that the French *still* will consider the WT as a sect.
The MILS is BTW interested in knowing who started this rumour.
Regards
Cyril

Well... This is a hoax after all anyway, as I said :-)
Richard Maynacque wrote to the ministery and asked them. The answer (reproduced at the bottom this mail) says that it is actually a fake.
In short, it says that 1) the MILS *NEVER* have proposed to remove the WT from the list of sects, they do point out that they can't recommand a movement as being a sect but that the WT absolutely finds that the WT do attack the human rights.
They do ask too, where this rumor is coming from, as it is NOT exact.
That does seattle it, doesn't it?
Cyril
=== COPY OF THE LETTER FROM THE MILS ====
l'Homme."
in france, a new parlament report on sects was just writen (but not yet published)by alain vivien(president of mils)and his team.
to the surprise of all ex-jw victims, jehovah's witnesses are now recognisied as "association confessionnel", in other words religion.
if this would be published, it would be another victory for the wbts worldwide and open new opportunities for them which they well know how to take profit.
Don't worry... It is a fake... The note was from July 2000
The article, Le Monde refers to is an old one, in fact:
http://www.lemonde.fr/article/0,5987,3226--238699-,00.html
and Alain Viven has in fact, long time ago said it was a fake:
http://www.lexpress.fr/Express/Info/Societe/Dossier/sectes/Dossier.asp
So The WT is still considered as a sect in France and there is no evidence or sounds whatsoever that it is going to change for the time being.

Hi Simon,
Let me put it clearly myself:
I know for a fact that posts by Malka and Scorpyo have been made from the same computer. If you want to dispute that you can but I never bluff .You are mistaking then ;-). But you are not correct... If you are as good as you say, then you *know* it is not correct :-)
I am not sure this is the kind of post for this group, and you are welcome to follow this discussion up in private.
I could have been wrong about how you found the thread but this is not really important.Well, it is, as it is the start of your conspiracy theory... You are wrong about it, and you know it as well.
Now come with facts, eventually in private if you prefer or stop that.

Hi Simon.
I am amazed & flabberghasted that in all the pages on all the web sites that Scorpyo happened to find this thread so quickly! However, I know from my own regular reviews of web traffic stats reports that it's clear when someone has put a new link to your site as it shows up as a new referer.Your theory falls down already here:
I can give you my stats, this link isn't on it. I was made aware of this thread by others. You might read it on my first appearance. On this date, the link to my page still does not appear on my stats.
But if this is how he found it, how could Scorpyo have access to Malka's web stats? He doesn't.
Maybe that would also explain why their posts have been from the same computer? (although it could still be two separate people)May I say: You're bluffing. As I even don't write with the same computer... I have written on this thread from at least three differents: A job somewhere, at my home, and at my new computer that I just changed...
How could Scorpyo and I then write from the same machine?
Now, I personally don't know what any of this is about as I can't speak French, Danish, Swedish or anything other than "good ole English" and non of the sites make any sense to me whatsoever but I can tell when something is not as it appears.Well yes: You jump to conclusions without having anything concrete and on an assumption that I (or Scorpyo) have been made aware of this thread by a stat... As told, I was made aware by people, not by stats.
Hope this make some sense to someone! Not much, no, but I am sure those are details for some of the people here... It doesn't need to be true or to be solid to be believed in... :-)

Cyril
