The high mayor of a French town hates JW's
by Mulan inmy brother visited us today, and told us an interesting experience he had last week in france.
he was in the netherlands on business, and they went to france for a few days to visit friends of one of his business contacts, who was the high mayor of a french town, i cannot pronounce, or remember.
one evening this man began to rant and rave about the jehovah's witnesses in his town and how much he hates them.

What a nasty Mayor he must be. My guess is that he's probably intolerant of anyone that doesn't fit his criteria.

Crackdown on Inactive ones?
by ScoobySnax ini know i'm probably a bit behind here, but i've just read from another site, that the wt has "ordered a crackdown (via the co's to the local elders) on inactive ones........." where's this info come from?

Garybuss That theory is great all the time you suppose that all inactives are hostile, or are this way inclined. I guess some are, again some are not. I don't really feel like a card in some box in a KH somewhere marked inactive, I'm just me who occasinoally attends the KH, The elders amongst many others of course went out of there way to chat with me, but I felt no pressure, and certainly no antagonism towards me being inactive. A "file cleaning exercise?" No I don't think so, I see no "crackdown" only a wish for me to get back in "the fold"............. Now whether I do that is another matter of course..........
