  DPA Blood ASAP

  i am in need of the current copy of the newest dpa blood card as some of the jw's in my mothers congregation are asking about if she signed the latest copy after she passed today.

  i am curious as to why they are asking about this specifically and not offering condolences on the loss of my mother.

  there has been some shady interactions leading to my mother requesting me to talk to certain elders to request that certain people not interact with her further.

  Loss of AMC shows how can I get them?

  as many of you may know, dishnet in it's infinite wisdom decided to drop all of their amc programming.

  since many of you out there are much more tech savy than i, is there any way to get their programming such as a roku player with netflix or hulu plus?

  i would like to tell dish to shove it, but i don't want to go to another cable service.

  Just a heads up for anyone that might be in the same boat, I received a post card from dishnet on how I could still get all of my favorite AMC programming and to just call the # on the postcard. Yea, right I thought, but decided to give them a call anyway.They had to transfer me to a "special" department. They said to make up for the loss of the channel they were offering me a free ROKU player, no charge to ship, no monthly charge, plus a $20 credit to Amazon to be able to link up to the 1st run episodes of the shows. While it is not getting my AMC back I can still access my favorite episodes and with the ROKU maybe downsize some of the dish features I have. So, if anyone has the same problem give them a call.

  it is a known fact that on average a pedophile will abuse as many as 200 children in his/her lifetime.. with that in mind.

  read an extract from an august 1, 1995 letter to all bodies of elders in the usa.. i guess these untrained elders are somehow experts in this area and can determine if someone will reoffend even though law enforcement, psychiatrists and specialists cannot offer the same guarantee and in many cases will even suggest that these known sex offenders are very likely to reoffend when the opportunity presents itself.... to all bodies of elders in the united states.

  Yes all the states are different, but what I meant to imply was towards the watchtower, if the states look at an offender as having to stay on that list for the rest of their life, what gives the GB the right to think that they are rehabilitated? The government looks as once an offender they must always be watched. What gives the JW's the right to imply, oh well, that was a long time ago, they're fine now? I would want to know if my children were in harms way. But yes, most JW's trust whatever the brothers say as God's word.

  United States law requires all pedophiles to register as a sex offender. I know of no clause that states after a certain time they are removed from the list. Nuff said.

  I know very well what you are referring to, I like how Winston Churchill put it "The black dogs are barking at my heels". When I refer to my "black dogs" my hubby knows to give me a little space or take me out for awhile for a change of pace. Meditation is all good to recenter yourself.
