Good luck, I know being disfellowshipped is very dificult. If you have been DF'ed for 10 years you are through the worst of it!!! You have probably rebuilt your friends and moved on, family is tough though....

Hats Off in the House !!!

call me crazy or what, but theres a recurring issue that i have regarding my son's wish to wear his hat in the house.

i've never been certain regarding the reason men were to remove their hats when petitioning the almighty, the issue of headship and being respectful of it and the common custom in the west for a man to remove the hat upon entering one's home or church.

even in the military during basic training, the issue with regard to hats was a predominating theme, to the degree that we were taught that at the instant your head was no longer covered by a building of some sort, your hat was to be immediately placed upon your head, but once open sky no longer covered your head and you walked into a building of any type, that hat was to be removed !!

I hate this hat/cap crap. I wear a golf cap many times to the store etc., I love my caps but I don't see why I have to take it off because one of you think I should remove it?

I wear it playing golf and then I have to be mindful of where I go afterward. I go hame and redo my hair so as not to offend someone.

It sounds like the same witness junk about wearing skirts versus pants for women, and ties and jackets on stage etc.....

Just leave me alone and let me wear my damn hat....

I am afraid I have already mishandled much of the dealings with my daughter and this problem guy???!!!

I don't mind her living with us, we have plenty of room and everything is pleasant ....if she moves out without a proper marriage she has many additional problems to overcome.....

I am concerned about the birth of another child while she is unmarried.....

Sex between two adults is their business....there are many options open to have sex other than my house, why rub it in my nose...

The rules at my house are pretty simple...no sex....is understood....

I to have these problems. I believe too many in my life?

My boss told a story of a frog and a spider. The frog was about to cross the pond and the spider asked for a ride. The frog replied when we get to the other side you will just bite me and I will lose my life? The spider assured the frog and off they went. On the pther side of the pond the spider bite the frog and he was dieing the frog asked why. The spider said that's what spiders do?????

He realized that I had a problem with people and their dishonesty.

It has taken me forever to get it......don't believe or trust anyone!!!!!!!
