Are you in some moslim country or what? It is a common subject in most european countries, even at school from early age they teach sexuality in a respectful manner.

National Insurance Contribution UK

i just discovered that i have gaps in my national insurance contributions for the years i spent in bethel!

i remember signing a vow of poverty and a tax document declaring my volunteer missionary status but i don't remember them ever telling me that i would have to pay my own ni contributions out of my allowance.

i am wondering about all those who have been asked to leave bethel in the last year and who are behind on their contributions.

Same for me, 10 years abroad, missionary and US Bethel is 20% less pension. Netherlands count for every year you pay or live in the country 2%. I should charge the society.

Craziest thing you ever did during intermission at a Circuit Assembly

1970 - there was a local drag strip a few miles away from the hall rented for the circuit assembly.

i was 18 , tim o. was 16 and wayne d. was 18. wayne had a 1955 chevy 4 door, 6 cylinder and fresh paint job.

tim had his dad'ss 1965 chevy half ton.

We ( a bunch of guys from Surinam and I ) went in a Cold and rainy wintermonth in one of the guys Toyota Celica and bought a lot of Nasi Goreng, Sateh, chicken and three sixpacks of Heineken at a Chinese take away. We tried to eat it in the Celica but it went into a big mess, all the shirts and trousers full of stains and we stank of alcohol the whole afternoon at the CA.

Is this a normal JW practice? Warning, this will be a bit graphic.

this post may be disturbing and i apologize, but i'm just trying to find out if this is a practice the jw teaches.

i was taken advantage of by a guy claiming to be a jw preacher.

he took me to his house supposedly so i could give his daughter piano lessons, and then he basically forced himself on me while telling me he was in love with me and wanted to marry me.

Fed up quickly 😀 It was a night-mare for me too. Mostly the CO-missionaries in the home. Old, so frustrated. New, so sick all the time. Very few moments of laughing.
