  Abraham to soon speak to world via radio: 1926 Golden Age

  just came across this interesting gem on this site:.

  50. the golden age, oct. 6, 1926 said that abraham would soon speak to the world via radio.. anyone have this issue?

  A new "Revelation™" Book??

  just visited with my daughter and noticed a new paperback edition of the "revelation" book on her bookshelf.. i presume that this edition was updated for the current book studies?

  anyone confirm this?

  what were the differences?.

  please have a look at the white horse on page 91 of rev climax book(the horse that jesus is riding).

  this horse is what a horse should look like.

  (don't look at it too long or you may be tempted) now look at the same white horse on page 23 of the feb 15th 2008 wt.

  Jesus is ambidextrous.

  When you shoot right-handed, the arrow is nocked on the left side of the bow.

  When you shoot left-handed, the arrow is nocked on the on the right side of the bow.

  Of course, I am sure Jesus could do it either way.

  perhaps one of the most innocuous of the "pagan" holidays witnesses are taught to avoid is the american holiday .

  of thanksgiving.

  without going into the thanksgiving story, if there is one, be assured that jw children steadfastly.

  a recent thread ( http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/11/139118/1.ashx ) raised the issue of charles taze russell not being the first president of the watchtower... it appears to be an argument of semantics because the society had a different name (as one poster pointed out in the thread).

  the watchtower society obviously has some embarassment over this issue because the amendments to the revelation book dealt with this :.

  Russell is mentioned as the "first president" on pages 35, 69, 130.

  Either they missed it or didn't think it was a big deal.
