Sure, sorry I skipped you. I will answer now,

Adam and Eve were expelled from the Garden of Eden for being unrepentent sinners. Would they have put blame on someone else if they were repentant? So too, unrepentant sinners are expelled from the Christian congregation. Attending a meeting does not make the person part of the congregation.

Regarding Cain. Jehovah did the disfellowshipping. Later he named some men as judges, eventually, the elder arrangment was instituted in the 1st century.

He has told me already. How? I feel it in my heart. I am able to pray to him with a clean conscience, something I was not able to do before.

I am still disfellowshipped, I was turned down reinstatement on March 10th. But it was my fault for I did not communicate well with the elders. I am drafting a letter for reinstatement once again and will turn it in this coming week.

Thi: Barnabas never questioned Paul's authority. He disagreed on the appointment of Mark, that's all. Paul does defend his authority, but ask yourself, Was John in his second letter not speaking of apostates?

Ajax: I will not share in this forum the reason for my judicial committee meeting. I will tell you that it was biblical. I was disfellowshipped of not being repentant. I agree, I was not. Since then, I have repented and am working to have Jehovah's approval.

This is hard to tell with no details. I don't know how you handled yourself during the judicial meeting. No discipline feels good at the time it's given, but what is the purpose? To strighten us out.

Didn't that protect you from a lot of trouble out in the world? Try to see the good in things, instead crying foul and yelling "I'm a victim".

Then you are right, the family shunning her is unscriptural. Of course, family is very important. I understand the shunning if you were out to to destroy their faith. But if you are not, then I don't see why they choose to act that way. I know this has not been taught at the Hall I attend.

Name one lie. If you can't find one, then your words are slander.

Again, for some reason, I was under the impression that you were trying to destroy their faith. If you are not and you are just inactive and not publicly criticizing their faith, then I was way off base.

now as we know there are annointed ones,but what about those who didn`t have the chance to become annointed as the bible students were not around until a certain time?

so you can only be of the annointed after the jw`s were conceived?.

as we know jw`s are the only ones who will be saved in the magic kingdom but what about those who didn`t have the chance to be jw`s because they died before the inception of the religion?.

No, he did not have to wait three months to a year. He humbled himself to point of willing to take the job of a slave. He showed repentance. JWs disfellowship unrepentant sinners.

Paul stated that the majority who rebuked the wrongdoer was enough.

I don't believe he made that distinction. Certainly those Christians would have respected Paul's authority within the Christian congregation and not challenged him by associating with the wrongdoer. Obviously they did respect the arrangement, that's why Paul wrote his Second letter with instructions to accept the wrongdoer into the congregation.

I've seen families destroyed by the shunning doctrine, people's lives destroyed.

It's not shunning that destroys the family, but the attitude of the unrepentant sinner.

I have never heard or seen a case where someone was disfellowshipped for accepting alternative service, transplants or practicing oral sex.

the JW misuse of disfellowshipping many times makes invalid Jesus’ restoration examples of the Prodical Son and the Shepard leaving the 99 sheep to reclaim the one.

Thi: It is not a misuse, they are forbidding the fellowship of the brotherhood for impenitent wrongdoers. The illustration of the Prodigal Son, he chose to not fellowship with the family while he was involved in wrongdoing. Did he not go off to a very far place? But when he returned and the father sees him from far away, what does he see in his son? Does the son's actions show repentance? That is the point to that illustration that Jesus gave.
