my wife is a jw.. i've been trying to point out the errors of the wtbts but she just doesnt want to hear it.. i'm wonder if some people could share your turning point in regards to your relationship goes.

For me it was when "God" Appointed Elder and a Presiding Overseer in my congregation went to prison for sexuall child abuse. AND the society has done their best to cover it up. By simply warning brothers NOT to talk about it. He had been doing this for over 10years. But some would not stay quite about it.
Also, an Elder who is now the Presiding Overseer, went to court to give character reference!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a cover up!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, ask your selve....Would a loving God allow his appointed people, to abuse children????????????

i heard some sad news today.
an old friend of my mum's has apparentely committed suicide.
i remember the woman well, a devout jw with an amazing sense of humour and a lovely personality.

I posted on this site on 31 March the same subject, and as we are both in Britain this is becoming wide spread of suicides among JW in Britain.
The sis ter who died also had a funeral in the Kingdom Hall, and the reason for this is that the Society in Briatian has said that it is up to the local elders, but during the funeral they cannot say id the deceased will be resurected,they are to leave it out.
The W/T has blood on its hands in Briatain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As they are messing up peoples minds mentally.

This is not true. Jehovahs Witnesses are NOT persecuted in Ukraine, this asylum application is a ruse to gain status in Australia.
The same situation is happening in Briatian. Asylum seekers are coming here from Eastern Europe claiming that they are persecuted in their own countries, because they are JW, but this is not true.
They are infact Economic immigrants seeking a better way of life in the west.
i arrived home after work last night, my two daughters were away on a residential course, my son staying with a friend.
i was preparing a meal with my four year old when the phone rang.
the call was from a ministerial servant from my old congregation.
If he came with the view of reporting you to the JC,he would have NOT come on is own.
So, therfore it is left with the BOY=GIRL, situation.
You dont say if he is single and you dont say if you are aviable??

last week i was involed in a very distressing situation, going with a family to identify their mother who had commited suicide.. we are waiting for the coroner to release the body for the funneral.. but, so far this year a number of jw have commited suicide in england,why???.
can any one throw a light why so many jw of good standing commit suicide,.

First,thank you all letters of support. I really apreciate that, especially those of you who have personal dealings with suicide.
Secondly in United Kingdom, so far in the last 2 years theri have been 16 suicides among baptized JW.
I belive that is high, especially when they are meant to have Hope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Maybe they have found out the truth about W?T mind control and all their hope goes out of the window.
So lets keep this forum wellcoming to all those out there,and show them that their is hope after the W/T Mind Control.
